Providing and laying 8-10 mm thick Double charged vitrified floor tiles 600 x 600 mm size of approved make (Kajaria/RAK/Somany) laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) of any shade and colour as approved by the Engineer Incharge on floors/skirting with cement slurry, joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including tuking/roughening the existing floor/wall, finishing etc. complete and disposal of mulba outside the University Campus.

Providing and fixing in position collapasible steel shutter with vertical channels 20 x 10 x 2 mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20 x 5 mm size with top and bottom rail of T-Section 40 x 40 x 6 mm with 40 mm dia steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangements, stoppers, handles including a priming coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture.

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture using structural steel etc. as required in grating, grames, guard bar, ladder railing, brackets, gates and similar work.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows, clearstory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes inculding ISI Marked M.S pressed but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. 2nd Class Deodar wood 30 mm thick including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture.

Supply of labour (Carpenter 2nd Class) for opening of wooden shutters from chowkats and refixing the same after cutting to proper size including repair to doors/windows including easing etc. after laying of tiles.

Removing dry or oil bound Distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping , sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. Complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty (JK/Birla) of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture (Asian/Nerolac) to give an even shade Old work (one or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including base Coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Supply of labour/Mazdoor for cutting out plants, uprooting of vegetation grown over roof of building.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators, Almirahs and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows, ventilators & Almirah including providing and fixing hinges / pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket, 5mm glass panes / 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides, locks of superior quality including P&F of Double Action Hydraulic door closer/floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS:6315 with stainlees steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness. The spacing of vertical/horizontal members not to exceed 4 feet and the section to be used shall be 104mm x 44.45 mm.
