Improvement of Kabribahal Chowk to Niktimal via Bandhakani road ODR from 0/000 Km to 3/859 km in the district of Sambalpur under State Plan for the year 2025-26

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause 305.4.3 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Re-working of scarified bituminous surface suitably after supplementing base materials with sand and compacting finished surface as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 501.8.3.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Dismantling cement concrete of M-15 and M-20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled materials disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m etc.complete as per Clause -202 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Removing of Hume pipes of above 600mm to 900mm dia and stacking within a lead of 1000m etc.complete as per Clause -202 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Fine dressing and turffing the slope of the embankment with compacted turff grass with carriage within 5.0km as per Clause 307of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) complet including all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000m.as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation of foundation of structures with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads up to 1000m.as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface and spreading primer @ 0.60kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing Tack coat on prepared bituminous surface with bitumen emulsion (RS) and spreading @ 0.20kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared suface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction.
