Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (one point five meter )in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five meter including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead of , lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:3:6 (one cement isto three isto coarse sand isto six graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-1:4:8 (one cement isto four coarse sand isto eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm (Twenty two point five centimeter) thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto 1.5 (one point five ) coarse sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, in all heights i/c leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm (zero point sixty three milimeter) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m², including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks NTC,Modern, Nitco or Gico makein footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm (Fifty milimeter) thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 100 mm (one hundred milimeter) thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement isto two coarse sand isto four graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm (Forty milimeter) thick with 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size stone aggregate, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15 mm (Fifteen milimeter) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (one cement isto four fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, (One milimeter) of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
