Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate,as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B0(using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate,as in flooring finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for for providing gypsum board false ceiling using 9 mm thick gypsum board tiles of size 60 Cm X 60 cm with aluminium laminate finish on one side and vinyl laminate finishon other side fixed with screw on powder coated aluminium sections grid frame work using 'T' and angle sections made out of 0.50 m thick required as in main member,seconndary members perimeter angle section including provision of GI wire suspender of size not less than 4 mm dia fixed to roof members at the rate of 1200mm C/C both ways etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of taking down and refixing of the electrical fittings such as ceiling fan, light fittings etc and safecustody of same till refixing

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubber mould machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates , etc including necessary form work, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Hollow PVC sheet wall lining (paneling) consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC hollow shee fixed as per manufacturers specifications and as directed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre /intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made of 12mm thick board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre,including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over calcium silicate board surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing new false ceiling surfaces of any description and applying two coats of plastic emulsion complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 39 but in vertical surfaces set set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 10mm thick backing coat plaster in cement mortar 1:4, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate),100 mm thick, as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on brick/ concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth but without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/ unplastered) of ceiling by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of OBD with paint brush complete all as specified and as directed.
