M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying two coats of Oil Bound Distemper over a coat of primer 1mm thick wall care putty after complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of 1mm thick wall care putty after complete preparation on new plastered surfaces of walls.

Preparation of old plastered or unpastered, decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices etc and aplying one coat of white wash on ceiling. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces with liquid WPC @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions ( WPC will be measured and paid separately), finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster,raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Liquid water proofing compound. Make:- Dr Fixit and equivalent. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including taking down cement plaster,raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surfaces to achive the surface even and smooth for painting. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint of white/ steel grey/Air force blue in colour having VOC less than 50 gm/Ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistace, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/ 10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre / 10 Sqm.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces or steel base materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L Anti Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lanti ternite treatment Of voids in post construction masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole, at 300mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging hem with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L anti ternite treatment At points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litre/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm cable (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 V grade in and including concealed PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia with modular metal flush box, 1.6 mm thick of suitable size and modular white cover plate with frame of suitable module and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes including all accessories and using single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed cable as in earth wire (green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following :- (a) One light, fan, bell point controlled by one switch.

Taking down old and u/s sub main wiring of 2/3 runs of any sizes from any position including, making good disturbed surface of wall ceiling etc all as directed.
