Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position (below or above ground level). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Taking down cement plaster or screed bedding layer of any description from concrete slab/terrace surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, broken stone or bolders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling & mass concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for 100mm thick PCC type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded agg as in flooring finished even and smooth w/o usin extra cement . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & Straining & fixing to any type of Standared rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire stapples or steel pins etc Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as per item No 7 above but fixing in repairs after restraining resecuring and good staples etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F mild steel posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including MS bars for tightning chain link necessary drilling bolting reveting etc. & similar work, fence with all nut & bolts complete conforming to Fe- 410 - or Fe-310-0. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as per item No 9 above but fabrication and fixing only in repair. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, flooring etc. including all necessary form works complete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F in repair chain link MS Galvanised fencing of 3mm dia of wire & aperture 75 x 75 mm including line wires straining bolts etc. rails & binding wire. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Use and waste of Form work to sides and soffits of Columns/bands/lintels including all supports Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with ms wire (annealedP not less than 0.9 mm dia. Etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as per item No 16 above but 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups/binder/spacers and rings. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces etc complete,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with & including either hooks & hinges or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) & hanging,also fastening & fixing complete confirming to Fe-410W(Gde E-250) of quality A. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as per item No 18 above but fabrication and errection only in repairs. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for preperaring surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described annd apply two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling as required on site. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
All as item No. 21 above but using old stone masonry in CM 1:4 including dismantling as required. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (Old size) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling as required. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on Brick/ concrete surfeses using waterproofing compound (To be measured and paid separately) and is to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supply only WPC compound. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
S&F in repair Punched Tape concertina coil (including spike and handle) with 50 turns and dia 915mm. having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength. The punched tape and core wire (2.6 + 0.035mm dia) are electro galvanised to provided protection against out door exposure. The punched tape is mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil steel clips "total 129 nose per coil spaced" to connect the individual turns of the coil to each other so that it opens up like an accordion. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 + 0.5 mm C/C. the weight of each coil will be 15.2 + 5% kgs without packing material and coil length 15 mtr when opened up with an effective height 915mm. Each coil wound with bituminized hessain cloth for providing protective packing. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Taking down existing concertina coil from Security wall, necessary repairs to be carried out (measured and to be paid separately) and refix the concertina coil, restraining, stretching and stapples etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for Preparing on new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
M&L for Preparing on old plastered surfaces of wall and applying One coat of cement base paint over plastered surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
