M&L for applying Epoxy underlay 4.0mm followed by Heavy duty polyurethane based flow applied, 2mm thick floor topping (total 6 mm thick approx) along with expansion/construction/contraction or dummy joint treatment using fuel resistant polyurethane sealant of make as specified in make list of CA including preparation of existing surface by roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and as under:- (a) Preparation/Cleaning old flooring surface making the surface contamination free such as oil, grease, motar and paint splashes by grinding the surface and scarifying the whole surface. All surfaces should be made dust free by vacuum and cleaning the same. Surface to receive the system should be prepared properly, it is essential that Epoxy Screed and coatings are applied to sound clean dry substrate to achieve maximum adhesion between the coating and substrate. Any patch area where repairing needs to be done shall be finished with epoxy mortar from make list as specified in CA. (b) M&L applying one coat of epoxy primer from make list as specified in CA on the prepared surface by brush or spray to be tack free condition. (c) M&L for applying high strength 4mm thick resin rich epoxy underlay from make list as specified in CA, as a base layer at thickness of 4.0mm on the designated area. The product should be applied with squeegee or notch trowel and rolled by spiked roller to release the entrapped air. The screed on curing @35 degree centigrade should achieve a compressive strength of 60N/mm2 @7 days when tested as per BS-6319 Part 2, flexural strength of 22 N/mm2 when tested as per BS-6319 Part 3. Tensile strength of 11N/mm2 when tested as per BS-6319 Part 7. (d) M&L applying 2mm thick polyurethane floor topping from make list as specified in CA. Thickness of 2mm on the designated area the product should be applied with V Notch Trowel and rolled by spike roller to release the entrapped air. The layer on curing @30 degree centigrade should achieve a compressive strength of 65 N/mm2 @ 7 days when tested as per BS6319 Part 2. Flexural strength of 28N /mm2 when tested as per BS6319 Part 3. Tensile strength of 15 N/mm2 when tested as per BS6319 Pt 7. (e) Total thickness of polyurethane flooring shall be 6mm. (f) Testing of the flooring shall be done for tensile strength and tear strength as per ASTM D412 and D624 respectively.
Note:- (i) Work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of the manufacturer under manufacturer’s supervision. (ii) Including joints racking out and to be filled with backer rod and joint filling materials as per manufacturer’s instruction of make from make list as specified in CA.
Demoltion of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for dry clean sand, passing through IS sieve 2.36mm and held 600 micron, spread and compacted to 10mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Compacted thickness shall be measured for payment.
M&L polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness laid over sand payer with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm complete all as specified and dirceted complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for 350mm thick Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) work in Pavement / Dispersal / Taxi Link of minimum field flexural strength 45 Kg/Sqcm, (Lower Control Limit) LCL after 28 days of pavement slab using minimum 400 Kg Ordinary Portland Cement Grade 43 per cum with not exc 31.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate conforming to IS: 383 (grading and other parameters as specified in PS) and mixed with non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% of weight of cement of PQC or as per manufacturer's instruction, mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid in panels, spread and compacted using fixed form sensor paver, mechanically vibrated, curing, finishing the surface by belting and mechanical brooming without using extra cement including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Flexural strength shall be established by beam test and design mix formula should be compatible to IRC-44-2017, IS-456. (b) The non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement mixed with concrete shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' under respective item of BOQ. (c) All types of joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of BOQ. (d) Curing compound @ 3-4 litre/Sqm or as per manufacturer's instruction shall be applied at the paving stage after broom finish and when surface is dry. Cost of curing compound shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (e) No deduction shall be made from concrete for space occupied by construction and dummy joint. However, deduction shall be made for the space occupied by expansion joints. (f) Cost of any admixtures required to achieve the desired properties of concrete shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for PQC. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (g) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 content is used in the work as approved Design Mix (i.e. for cement exceeding 400 Kg per Cum). (h) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness. (j) Surface shall be finished by transverse brooming of 1.5mm deep as par ICAO norms or as per requirement of Air Force Authority. (k) Brooming shall be donethroughauto-texuring mechine and rate is included in quoted rate. (l) Ordinary Portland Cement grade 43 only shall be used.
Supply only non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament, polyster fibre to length 12/18mm long, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, equivalent diameter 15-40 micron, minimim melting temperature 250 degree centigrade and minimum tensile strength 300 Mpa as per manufacturer's specifications complete all as specified and as directed.
Material & Labour for forming 20-25mm wide Expansion joint for full depth of cutting PQC to depth of 350 mm, using high RPM Dimond bit cutter, cleaning the joint and filling with pre-moulded compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board and then priming top 15mm with approved primerand filling with polyurethane based sealant (single component) complying with BS-5212, BS-4254 and EN 141875-2003 with minimum MAF +/- 30%, applying masking tapeon the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for forming 8 mm wide and 100 mm deep dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3 mm blade soon after concrete sets for the depth of 100 mm and priming to 15 mm deep from top with approved primer applyig masking tape of edge of joint to pavement accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyeurethene based sealant to close cells (leaving 2-3 mm recess from top), medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 10mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.
Material & Labour for forming Construction joint of 8 mm wide and 24 mm deep using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythelene foam back up road of 10 mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and priming to 13 mm with apporved primer and filling with polyeurethene based sealant (leaving 2-3 mm recess from top), applying masking tape on edge of joint to avoid accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per directions of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and application of one coat of solvent free epoxy resin floor coating of approved make from make list specified in CA, over the finished flooring in minimum 75mm wide strip in golden yellow colour to mark the bay line divisions complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, provided as in sub base, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L 20mm thick wearproof topping as specified (incorporating an approved metallic floor hardner), laid on concrete floors and pavings, and finished even and smooth (except metallic hardner) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Metallic floor hardner shall be paid seperately under respective item as 'Supply only'.)

M& L brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, drains and similar article with perforations etc including necessary form workand setting in cement mortar (1:4), placing in position complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills gartings etc with ends of bars shouldred and or riveted or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters walk ways railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
