Repairing for stopping of seepage from walls of Clarified Water Reservoir in D.M Plant area at DPPS, DPL.Job No.954/DPPS.

Drilling holes of dia. 10-20 mm (as required) in concrete to half the depth of the member @ 0.5 to 0.5 c/c along the groove and fixing PVC/GI nozzles of 6-12 mm dia. in the holes with quick setting putty at all lifts including supply of all materials, labour, drilling machine, tools & tackles etc. Injection of cement admixed synthetic rubber emulsion low shrink polymeric grouting compound (like interplast EP of Sika make or CEBEX 100 make fosrock or any other equivalent quality of materials) @1% by weight of cement & w/c = 0.35, 0.45 (by weight) as per manufactures specification under pressure not more than 2.5 kg/cm2 including washing of holes with water pumped under pressure (2.0 kg/cm2) till clear water comes out through other nozzles prior to grouting ,capping of nozzles ,removal of nozzles after grouting, filling the holes with cement mortar (1:4) admixed with synthetic rubber emulsion (like sika latex power or approved equivalent) to make the surface in line with the adjacent surface including supply of all materials, labour, equipment , tools & tackles etc. for all lifts.
