INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete with blade, canopy, copper winding with star rated and down rod and other fixtures and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block.

Supply and fixing metallic type Exhaust fan 300mm sweep 240 V AC single phase complete with lovers and shutters including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 upto ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube of 1 x 20 W (4 feet) 230V, AC IP20 6000k, Taskline AL slim LED batten excellent energy saving and maintenance free operation, Housing made up of extruded aluminium and extruded PC diffuser complete with all accessories and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube of 1 x 10 W (2 feet) 230V, 6000k, Taskline AL slim LED batten excellent energy saving and maintenance free operation, Housing made up of extruded aluminium and extruded PC diffuser complete with all accessories and all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Security light luminaire 1 x 25 W having IP-65 protection, with minimum system efficiency as >85%, made of PRESSURE DIE CAST housing toughned glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution with excellent thermal management. The fitting should have rated CCT 6000 K complete with all accessories including necessary bracket for fixing on wall and all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix TPN, 04 way IP43, 230V sheet metal enclosure double door type, vertical type for flush/surface mounting distribution board, factory made suitable for mounting SP/SPN/TPN MCBs as outgoing and FP MCCB for Incoming including Bus Bar, Earth bar, Neutral link, cable lugs/thimble etc and all as specified and directed. (Note : MCCB & MCBs will be measured and paid separately)

Supply & Fix MCCB, FP 125 Amp, SKB-1 frame, Ics=75% of Icu, Thermal setting adjustable 70-100%, Breaking capacity Icu at 415V, 25KA etc and all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix MCBs of 10KA, including making connections at DB with providing appropriate size of copper thimbles for the following all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix angle cocks (ISI marked) cast copper alloy screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of size 15mm bore complete all as specifie and as directed.

SPL ITEM E&M

Supply, install testing commissioning of 3 Star rated year 2019 inverter type split air conditioning AC having 2.0 TR capacity, precision cooling technology, dual rotor inverter compressor, BLDC motor, filters, cold plasma technology, 100% copper coils of indoor, outdoor units including installation kit for indoor & outdoor unit, length of refrigerant copper piping with insulation, coard cable, drain pipe as required at site upto 7.50 RM. Refrigerant shall be echo friendly (R-410a, R-32) complete all as specified and directed. Make - Blue Star/Hitachi/Voltas. Note : Drain water outlet pipe shall be provided inclined at 45 deg angle and concealed in wall or as per site requirement complete all as directed. (ii) Rate of copper pipe coard cable, drain pipe upto 7.50 RM deemed inclusive in quoted rate.

PARKING

Material & labour for applying two coats of EPU weather proof exterier coating over a coat of primer all as per manufacturers instructions including preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Cutting the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60cm and 50cm width and getting out for laying under ground cable including returning filling in, watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soil and filling the top 15cm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finishing even and fair without using extra cement including disposal of surpluse soil all as directed.

Supply & fix IP 66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact High Power LED Street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens of capacity 70W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in GI steel tubing light grade 50mm dia 1.5 meter length and bent to shape at factory of offset angle upto 45 degree for fixing of LED street light fittings including preparing the surface of steel tubing and applying two coats of Aluminium Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 4 pole MCCB 100 to 125 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.
