SH:I APRON HIGH MAST SITC of 25 Mtr LED High mast,hot dipped galvanised ,in three sections made from high tensile Steel suitable for wind speed as per IS 875 part (3), with raising and lowering system, comprising head frame, luminaire carriage suitable to install LED flood light luminaries as per detailed design in assymmetrical arrangement including counter weight loads/load balancing.The system shall also include provision of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer,single dial time switch,25A TP contractor for automatic switching of luminairies,power tool control with 2 no.9A contactors and raise lower push button,incoming 35sqmm and outgoing 16 & 2.5 sqmm terminals and all accessories like headframe,winch mounting bracket,Integral motor powered winch for raising and lowering of lantern carriage mechanical tripping facility,6mm diameter SS wire rope,ERP insulated trailing cable of size 10cx 2.5sqmm ,junction box with suitable connector,manual handle,Lighting finial,Luminaries carriage. etc complete as required.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour suitable for the following mast.

Supply of foundation bolt of M24 / 850 x 6no's ( For 25m High mast) size manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template completed as required.

Supply of LED flood light luminaires having rated power of 350W , with 42000 lumen with 5 year warranty designed with long life LEDs, integral driver with surge protection, with minimum IP-65 protection frame including all accessories. ( Make : Bajaj, Model no :Praze F 420L WH NB-A5 TG SD or Equivalent )

Supply of LED flood light luminaires having rated power of 400W with 48000lm with 5 year warranty designed with long life LEDs, integral driver with surge protection, with minimum IP-65 protection frame including all accessories(Make : Bajaj, Model no :Praze F 480L WH NB-A3 TG SD or Equivalent )

SITC of LED Type red aviation Double dome obstruction light fitting suitable for operation on 230V ,50Hz AC single phase power supply with all accessories complete as required

Installation, testing and commissioning of 250/300/350/640 W LED Flood lights or as per site requirements on the existing lantern carriage including fixing the fittings with M10 Stainless Steel Nuts & double bolts,with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible 3Cx 2.5 sq. mm Copper Cable from Junction box of Lantern Carriage to individual light fittings, lugs, mounting accessories and all labour etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing of MS C Channel fencing of size 100mm x 50mmx5mm (Thickness) running along the length of fencing at a height of 1.00 mtr from ground and width of 3.00mtr, including cutting,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying paint of two coat epoxy primer and two coat epoxy paint with Red & White shade etc complete as required.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed Armoured Aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendments.

Supply and laying of following sizes of copper conductor cable flexible cable of 1.1 KV grade for high mast interconnection as per IS 7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendments.

Supply of 63mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe, ISI marked conforming to IS 4984 : 2016 with upto date amendments, PE 80 grade, PN6 rating complete as required as per specifications.

Laying of following size of HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. direct in ground (75cm below ground level) including cutting, jointing, excavation, refilling the trench (after laying of pipes) but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc.. as reqd.

SH:II AIRCRAFT STAND IDENTIFICATION Supply of SNI (Stand Number Indicator) boards (Fascia 1220 X 1220) to indicate Aircraft parking stand and WGS 84 (World Geodetic System in Apron, fabricated with central split type opening for easy maintenance made of reinforced 2mm thick anodized aluminum profile with suitable support. The rear panel shall be made of 1.2 mm with ready to install fitting for mounting on pole or façade. The long-life facia shall be UV stabilized polycarbonate face sheet of 4mm thickness with special adhesive and vinyl pasting from inside of polycarbonate face fixed from inside of fascia with changing arrangement from inside. The board shall have hinged front face to allow easy access for maintenance. Light distributionshall be made even provided with LED array. The boards shall be internally uniformly illuminated with LED lamp(modules) and all other accessories including having individual LED drivers to work on 230V AC supply complete with all internal wirings, connectors. The board shall be in grey colour or any other colour as decided by EIC.

Supply of 7 Mtr height Stepped MS Pole fabricated from MS Pipes of sizes 200mm dia x 4 mm thick upto 2 Mtrs from Bottom, 125 mm dia x 4 mm thick from 2 Mtr to 7 Mtr with 1 Mtr inside overlap in the 200 mm dia pipe with Stepped Flange. 750 X 750 X 19 MM Thick base plate for erection shall also be provided. The Pole shall be PU painted in desired grey color or any other colour approved by EIC.

Erection of 7 Mtr height Stepped MS Pole including providing , civil foundation of minimum size 1000mm (L) x 1000 mm (B) x 1000mm (Height) with re-inforced cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 including excavation work and supply & fixing of suitable sized J-Bolts in the foundation for erection of pole, providing G.I Nuts/ washers etc. complete as required. The rates includes hiring of Hydra/ Crane etc for erection.

Installation of SNI & WGS 84 Boards (under S.No.1 above) on the existing MS pole of 7mtr height with necessary fabrication of MS flat/angles/ complete as required as per site condition. The rates includes hiring of Hydra/Crane etc for erection.

Providing and erecting MS barricade using MS 'C' (ISMC) Channel of size 150 x 75 mm thick around MS Mounting pole /electrical installation with required riveting, welding, anchor fastening on the floor including providing primer coat and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required. (Note: The Qty is in Running Meter)

Supply of 3Core x 6sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed Armoured Copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendments.

Supply of 40mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe, ISI marked conforming to IS 4984 : 2016 with upto date amendments, PE 80 grade, PN6 rating complete as required as per specifications.

Laying of following size of HDPE pipe under bitumenous road/concrete surface(75cm below ground level) including cutting, chiselling, excavation, refilling the trench (after laying of pipes) finishing and making good the top surface with 1:2:4 cement concrete of minimum 150mm thickness etc complete as required.

SH:III OPERATIONAL GUIDANCE SIGNAGES Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Internally Illuminated LED based operational guidance signages complying with the latest ICAO standards, made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2mm thick powder coated aluminium profile, supported at back by 50mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminium / GI pipe at a seperation as required, frangible coupling and base plate/flanges. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required colour as per ICAO standards. The boards shall be internally illuminated with high luminous, long life LED's with proper heat dissipation mechanism. All the accessories shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8A - 6.6A and shall give constant brightness for all current variation. Boards shall be complete with cement concrete foundation of 1:2:4 for mounting legs and cement concrete hard stand of 1:3:6 around the sign board of size & thickness as per specifications, foundation bolt/anchor fasteners, required length of 2X4 Sqmm copper conductor secondary lead cable with male connector protected with PVC medium duty pipe from CI box upto sign board, connections with series cable, secondary leads and departmentally supplied isolating transformers etc complete as per technical specifications and as required

Supply of 5 kV grade, 50 Hz Isolating transformers suitable for LED signages series type encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary connections as per specifications and as required.

Supply of of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle (Male & Female Esna connector) suitable for 1 x 6sqmm Unarmoured Copper Conductor Cable of 5KV grade

Installation of cylindrical type cast iron transformer housing boxes in soil by providing 150mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Sand : 4 graded stone 20mm size) around and bottom of the CI boxes after making suitable pit,making rectangular/ round cement pedestal of 1mtr x 1mtr in cement concrete 1:2:4,finishing the surface with cement plaster etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm. plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sqmm single core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5KV grade including connecting the isolating transformers, applying HT insulation tape and over which PVC tape on the connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.
