M&L for servicing of goods lift Make : ECE, Capapcity - 1088 Kg installed at PW-IV. The following work will be done in servicing :- (a) Cleaning of Lift room , Lift chamber , Lift (Inside and top of the lift) complete. (b) Oiling and greasing of concerned parts of lift with ISI marked oil and grease complete. (c) Checking of complete lift for smooth functioning and maintain the register sign by MES rep all as specified and as directed Note :(a) If the lift is laying unserviceable for more than 24 Hrs due to any major fault the contractor will not claim the same item till the lift are made serviceable. (b) (b) If complaint not attend within 24 hrs , penalty shall be charged @ 4 times of quoted rate.

M&L for dismantling of unserviceable electronic boom barrier for carrying out necessary repair of movement mechanism, gear assembly and motor or any other unserviceable parts (i.e control PCB card, inbuilt motor, push button, Boom upto 3mtr length , including cleaning, greasing , painting of booms of 03 mtrs (02 Nos) or 06 Mtr (01 Nos) of existing color with synthetic enamel paint as per site and servicing complete including refixing and testing the same after repair all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make:- RUDHAR/GREY/ or equivalent approved by GE Note : (i) Cost of any unserviceable parts (as mentioned above ) are paid separately under the relevant items (ii) New items shall match with the existing system in any cases for proper fitment.
