M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified

M&L for removing excavated material n exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) as in soft/ loose soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, post hole filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified

M&L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

M&L rolled sections/ hollow Mild steel section as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified.

M&L pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description exc 10cm with or girth an applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified

Material & labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in leveling concrete in floor complete all as specified & directed.
