TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT OMQ, RS AND TIPNIS AREA UNDER GE (AF) HASI MARA

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions herein after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rated contained in MES Schedule subject to contractors % age as given in BOQ. OR (b) at each rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62(G) of IAFW-2249. OR(c) at supplementary rates given in appendix 'A' of Schedule 'A'. Notes :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate in 15th row. i.e 5 column herein below (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option excess(+) or less(-) available at the 15th row of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES standard schedule of rates 2020 (Part-II). (iii) If no such percentage/Zero percentage is offered, it shall be deemed as at par/NIL percentage. (iv) Amount inserted by MES under rate column and the total amount reflected at this page is a rough guidance and for reference only. The total work orders for various work services however shall be placed during the contract period within this estimated amount only as reflected in column 5. The work services shall be ordered through work orders to be priced on MES Schedule rates Part-II 2020 duly adjusted by percentage quoted by the contractor. (v) Sch of credit has been given in the tender documents.
