Part A: - i) Design, Construction, Supply, Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 0.15 MLD Hospital Sewage Cum effluent Treatment Plant at Govt. Psychiatry Disease Hospital Based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology with SCADA System and all other works contingent there to along with 6 months trial run on EPC, Lump sum fixed cost onTrunkey Basis. (Amount to be quoted by the Contractor.

ii) Operation & Maintenance of 0.15 MLD STP cum ETP for a period of 36 Months after the completion of trial run period.(Amount to be quoted by the Contractor.

Part-B: - Item wise rates Earthwork in excavation in trenches for laying of pipes and construction of manholes in all kinds of soils, rocks, incl. picking of metalled road with Bituminous or tar macadam road surface, tiled devri stone, floors etc. the excavation job will incl. all leads, lifts, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, dewatering caused by any means to any extent, barackeding of roads, providing caution boards, night lamps and watch and ward at site. The reusable excavated material is to be back filed in trenches in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth consolidating each layer by ramming / watering and the surplus excavated material is to be disposed off within 10km or as directed by Engineer In Charge (Complete Job) all told.

Close timbering in trenches incl. strutting, shoring & packing cavities (wherever required) complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered).

Depth exceeding 1.5 M but not exceeding 3 M.

Depth not exceeding 1.5 M.

Supply & laying of stone soling in horizontal on level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All work up to plinth level.

1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).

Laying to level & slope, with proper grade pipes of Class NP3 of following internal dia & grouting the pipe joints with cement slurry 1: 2 mix (1 cement: 2 fine sand) and also sealing the pipe joints with Rubber Gaskets incl. Cost of cement, sand but excl. Cost of rubber gaskets and RCC pipes incl. Testing of joints & all safe carriages of pipes from departmental store up to site of work incl. Loading and unloading (complete job) all told.

Providing & laying Nallah muck (G.S.B) in trenches in layers not exceeding 20CM in depth consolidating each layer by ramming / watering & compacting incl. All carriages up to site of work (complete Job).

Construction of Cement Concrete chambers of internal dimensions 450mm × 450mm & 900mm × 900mm in cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) with necessary excavation foundation concrete 1: 2: 4 over lean concrete 1: 4: 8 inside plastering 12mm thick in (1: 4) mix with floating coat of neat cement with C. I. Cover with frame with all carriages (Complete Job).

Fixing of Polycrate Manholes covers & frame including all safe carriages from Divisional store upto site of work excluding cost of mahnhole cover & frame (Complete Job).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to matcch the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement, 4 coarse sand) Dark shade using ordinary cement.
