Supply, installation, tesing and commissioning of Split AC 2.0 TR capacity, inverter type, Hot & Cold air conditioner electric driven, single phase, energy efficient , ISEER rating should be in the highest bracket of the BEE's star rating policy, charged with Eco friendly Refrigerent R410/R32 and all connected accessories including fixing of copper pipe & wire from indoor unit to outdoor unit, making of suitable size of hole in any type of masoury wall and making good. Fixing of PVC drain pipe from indoor unit to plinth protection of building, outdoor unit wall mounted stand/ floor mounted stand, flexible PVC casing pipe minimum 40mm dia covered on all exposed copper insulated pipe line and PVC wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Cost of copper pipe, drain pipe paid separately under respective items of this schedule)

S&F polycarbonate Modular AC box with Single pole MCB 25 Amps,with heavy duty ISI Marked 3 Pin Plug Top complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Copper pipe of 1\4'' size, thickness 21 SWG, with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Copper pipe of 1\2'' size. Thickness 19 SWG, with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed (FRLSH) cable 1100 Volts grade with multi stranded, copper conductor drawn through casing and caping as per ISS and one run of 4.0 sqmm size PVC insulated copper conductor complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Two run of cable and one run of earth conductor shall be measured as one unit)

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 140 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA

S&F of 4mm thick ACP (Alum composite panel) cladding of approved quality and colours as approved by GE, Fixing in MS frame at any height and incl MS Frame of size not exc 0.36 Sqm (used in MS rectangular tubes of size 50.8mmx25.4mmx2.9mm or square tubes 38mmx38mmx2.9mm are used in frame) and filling the joints with all weather silicon sealant incl all mouldings, cutting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid coloued Ceramic tiles, light shade, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and incl 15mm thick screed bed Cm 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface as in dado 600X 300X 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
