M&L, preparation of old plastered external wall surfaces, removing all contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth by any mechanical means and applying a coat of Smartcare Damp proof @ 0.45litre/sqm over a coat of Damp proof primer diluted with 33% by water and allow the coatings to be cured completely all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old plastered internal wall surfaces, removing all contaminations, fungus and other micro organism growth by any mechanical means and applying two coats of Damp block-2K @ 1.50Kg/sqm and finishing with a coat of epoxy triblock @ 1Kg/2Sqm and allow the coatings to be cured completely as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. Make for item No 37 to 39: Asian Paints/FOSROC/Pidilite Note for item No 37 to 39: The work shall be got executed directly by manufacturer or their authorized applicator after obtaining prior approval.

S&F in repairs, gear operated type steel rolling shutter with chain wheel and hand chain, 1.00mm thick laths without ball bearing including top hood cover, anchoring rod, hasp and one shop coat of primer and erected in position as indicated complete and making good the disturbed surfaces etc., complete all as specified and directed.
