Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggrgate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanicl mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with machanical broom including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete all respects cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and hire & running charges of machineries, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road side in regular box heaps of size (1.50m x 1.50m. x 0.44 m.) to be measured as one cum. and conveying from stacks and spreading moorum in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with PRR, hire & running charges of machineries including cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P with all cost of incidental charges and cess etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
