Providing Fly-Ash Brick masonry work in Superstructure using Fly-Ash Bricks of size 250mm x 120mm x80mm in cement mortar (1:6) including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, royalties, labour cess, scaffolding, curing for required period, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface including the cost of materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface including the cost of materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading and unloading, labour cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering and curing, T&P etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Vitrified Tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm (Plain/Ivory) of approved make confirming to IS:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 Course Sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost, conveyance, taxes, cost of all labour, labour cess, etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Ceramic tiles in floors of size 300mm x 300mm of approved make and quality laid over an under layer of 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 Course Sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, labour cess, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing Glazed ceramic wall tiles on 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with colouring pigments to match the colour and shade including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading & unloading, T&P, watering and curing etc. complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of G.I.doors/windows/grill gate made out of square bars, angle, channel, flat, plate, Hollow Pipes, etc painted with red oxide primer cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc. all complete.
