Supply, install,testing and commissioning of water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approximate storage and nominal cooling capacity 60 / 120 Ltr including foundation, fitting with drainage pipe up to the drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and commissioning of refrigerator partially stainless steel, electric driven, single phase having capacity 308 Ltr, BEE 3 Star rated complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Glass Top Deep Freezer single phase 240 V, 50 Hz , electric driven ,single phase having storage capacity 298 Ltr, BEE 3 star rated all as specified and as directed

M&L for submain wiring with 2 Runs of 4 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, FRLS,1100 volts, copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required along with 1 run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/Distribution Board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 3 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC casing/caping 25mm/32mm wide shall be measured as single run.

M & L for surface point wiring in repairs with PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LS conforming to IS : 694 of size 4 Sq mm single core, including one No. 4 Sq mm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LS as continuous earth wire drawn in and including PVC casing & caping double lock type of as required width (not less than 20 mm in width) ISI marked medium grade white colour with all accessories of same grade fixed on wall/ceiling including terminated in to cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 60mm deep of required size made out of 2mm thick MS sheet duly painted both sides and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw & cup washers for mounting switch socket combination 2 in 1 , 3 pin ,5 and 15 amp flush type on the independent board all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs switch socket combination 5 A / 16 A, 5 in 1 , 3 pin ,240 volts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering brick work/cement block for closing window AC slot of size approximate 700mm x 600mm including 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra finished fair and even & preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of paint as per existing paint / colour internally and externally all as specified and as directed
