M&L for servicing of storage type water heater (Geysers) 50/25 ltr capacity any make by disconnecting electrically and mechanically from all existing lines, opening of bottom and top for inspection complete incl base plate, heating element and copper tank , cable, PVC pipe etc, cleaning carefully and reassembling after necessary repair/replacement as specified here-in-after and replacement of old unserviceable nut/bolts and fixing in the same position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only heating element 1500 watts push type with gasket ISI marked triangular type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only thermostatic switch suitable for Gysers of any make/ type with temperature range adjustable type 25 to 80 degree centigrade superior quality 20 Amps 220 Volts AC Supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Heating Element 111884-EV for Geyser Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only syphon assebmly suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity Geysers of any type having 6/9 hole as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC connection of 450 mm long & 15 mm dia with brass nut at both end suitable for Geysers complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses pendents, regulators, sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit including making good the disturbed portion/surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated (FRLS) and unsheathed size 1.5 sqmm with PVC concealed conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia with fixing accessories, to be fixed , for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet incl. continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
