Providing and fixing Second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 40x5 mm Forty into five millimetre) flat iron hold fast 40 cm (Forty centimetre) long including fixing to frame with 10 mm (Ten millimetre) diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (Thirty into ten into fifteen centimetre) 1:3:6 mix (One cement : Three coarse sand : Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size complete as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick shutters of second class teak wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing coloured coated/ anodised aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions in frame work with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etcetera Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : For fixed portion Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) complete as per architectural drawings specifications, design and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve millimetres) thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings specifications, design and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc; complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 5 mm (Five millimetre) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) complete as per architectural drawings specifications, design and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm (One point four millimetre) in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50mm (Zero point fifty millimetre) with 12mm (Twelve millimetre) mild steel U beading all complete as per architectural drawings specifications, design and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five millimetre) thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws all complete as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. Providing and fixing second class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws 35 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size complete as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals.
