Replacing of damaged RCC cable chase slabs with new RCC slabs at General Cargo Berth

Dismantling pre-cast concrete or stone slabs etc. including stacking within 500 metres lead including cost of labour, tools, stacking including transportation, loading and unloading, etc. complete and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete of mix1:1.5:3 (1Cement;1.5 coarse sand; 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in kerbs, edgings etc. as per the approved drawing and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) as per the approved drawing including the cost of labour, tools, material, placing, curing and required centering, shuttering complete and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level as speciifed in the drawing. (thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe 500 D or more including cost of all labour, tools, bending, binding wire and tying, shifting, etc. complete and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Placing the pre-cast concrete slabs in position and level including transportation, tools, machinery, loaidng and unloading etc complete and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
