Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) ornamental Screens casted with 'Spray Mix' concrete design in approved size, pattern, thickness (Border 40-50mm thick & Internal Member 25-30mm thick) and shade. The Screens should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or 'Birla white', White Quartz fine graded seived Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by 'NEG Japan, Owen Corning ‘Saint Gobain’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘Karochem’ or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘Nova Polychem’ or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘Phenochem industries or equivalent. The Screens casting shall take place with layering methodology using- Direct Power Spray machines.The GRC Screens flexural strength average L.O.P should be above or equivalent to 6 N/mm2 & M.O.R should be above or equivalent to 12 N/mm2 for tests done on 28 days cured samples. The fixing of Screens should be done using ‘Dry fixing’ method onto structural support members i.e. R.C.C, Brick work or Red oxide Primer -paint or Epoxy primer -paint treated mild steel. The fixtures, fasteners and self tapping screws to be used for dry fixing should be of HP/KLIMAS. The quantity of fasteners or self tapping screws shall be calculated in accordance to the weight of Screens and actual site fixing conditions. If there will be requirement of Joint filling then Elastomeric exterior grade paintable PU Sealent will be used. For final finishing of Screen one weather sheild exterior grade water based diluted paint coat will be done if required. Vendor shall submit shop drawings of same, the drawings to be duly approved from Engineer in charge at site.
Structural steel work in angles, tees, flats, riveted, including cutting, fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets etc. with hoisting and erecting in position. For plates and trussed girders etc. for bridge of span more than 15 metres but upto 30 mts. Span including cost of all machinery i.e hydra crane etc

SHEET METAL CUBICAL PEDESTAL, TOWER STRUCTURES, HT & LT LINE ITEMS, MS CHANNELS, BRASS GLANDS, ALUMINIUM & COPPER THIMBLES:CUBICAL PEDESTAL:Supply and erection of Sheet metal cubical pedestal made from 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron frame with 5 sides welded & covered with MS sheet 2mm thick & front side hinged with 4" hinges & locking system with single/ double door openable placed on MS strip of size 12.5mm x 2.5mm thick welded with MS sheet, 4Nos. legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm thick MS angle iron each of 600mm long with MS sheet 100mmx100mmx6mm thick at the bottom end of the legs. Front door welded x-sectionally with MS flat 25mmx5mm. The front side with MS sheet each 75mm wide & a bend of 75mm width outwards & inwards on all sides with tappered top 200mm high and pedestal with 4 Nos. supporting members each of MS flat 50mmx6mm thick according to cubical size duly welded & complete pedestal to be painted with 1 coat of red oxide & 2 coats of paint & bonding to the existing earth. The Pedestal platform should be filled with 1:2:4 cement concrete mixture and erected 150mm high from the top of the cement concrete platform. COPPER EARTHING:8 SWG COPPER EARTHING : Earthing with 8 SWG (4mm dia.) electrolytic copper wire thimbled (1No. copper thimble with suitable size steel bolt, washers & double nut) with 30cm x 60cm x 2mm thick copper plate (made cylindrical) burried below ground level in the hole of excavation having bore dia. 125mm and surrounded by salt & charcoal dust mixture (20 kg.) including fixing the copper wire run through 20mm dia. G.I. pipe (A-Class) recessed in wall and in floor etc., up to suitable Length in metre (including bore Length). G.I. pipe 20mm dia.
