Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition). complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m depth and not exceeding 1.5m in width in any type of soil and getting out. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or conrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.40% of cement weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M & L Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in manhole cover including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete M-20(Nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in slabs/shelves complete all as specified and directed

Use and waste of steel Form work to soffit of suspended slab such as roof slabs floor slab, laidings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old damaged SGSW pipes including necessary excavation, supply and jointing of PVC underground drainage pipe (UDS) type 'B' 200mm dia with thickness 4.5mm (min) and pressure rating SN4 as IS-15328, jointed in cement solvent solution complete including testing, haunching against the sides of pipe in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including returning, filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes for 150mm bore pipes. including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 150mm dia, class NP-3 with one collar per length of pipe laid and jointed on concrete bed, complete including testing etc . (concrete bed shall be measured and paid for separately).complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage of existing sewage system and plumbing system (comprising of sewer line in CI, SGSW, PV, PVC/UPVC or SG pipes), house connection from WC, bath, Kitchen etc including gully traps, floor/Nahani traps, CI Pipes and plumbing work etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level up to Ist manhole, located in different situations to remove the solid or liquid waste to make the entire system functional as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Contractor will deploy two SDA Mazdoor, for Pocket 'A' and two SDA Mazdoor for pocket 'B' will report daily at AGE B/R Basoli at 0900 hrs and depart 1700 hrs after attending all complaints. In case of non attending complaints in same day, recovery @ Rs.250.00 per complaints will be recovered from contractor and in case of non deployment of SDA Mazdoor recovery @ Rs.800 per day per SDA Mazdoor shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank /soakage well of any depth & description including taking out all the stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc complete and disposal of all spoils / waste or any other materials out side the periphery of defence land at his own arrangements where sanitary hazards do not take place as per direction/instruction of civil authority and burried in excaveted pits and covering the same , including taking off and refixing covers after cleaning all as specified and directed. Note : Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall include taking out sludge (liquid/semi liquid/solid), excavation of borrow pits for dumping sludge, removing including loading/unloading and transportation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L For cleaning/taking off sludge (solid/semi solid) of any state from manhole of any size including gully trap having depth upto 3.00m by using machinery or manually as required and removing the same to a distance n.exc 250m and burying the same underground by digging pit of suitable size in low laying area from habbatient area and returning filling with excavated materials up to ground level including removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 250m with and including taking off manholes/gully trap covers and re-fixing the same after cleaning process complete all as specified and direcrted .

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe line of 100 mm dia and removing all sludges and foreign materials manually or mechanically as required etc., complete from the pipe line and making it serviceable free flow of sewage.complete all as specified and direcrted
