Furnishing and placing reinforced/pre-stressed mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and technical specification RCC Grade design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of grade M-35 (M-Thirty five) using cement contents not less than 422 kg (Four hundred twenty two kilograms) per cubic metre with crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size in deck slab , wheel guard etcetra (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) including cost of form work and but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work staging in all heights and curing complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete M-15 (M-Fifteen) design mix with cement contents not less than 275 kg ( two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre with crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres nominal size) by levelling course below approach slab complete including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1700 and 2700 as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of precast reinforced cement concrete railing of M-30 grade (M-thirty) design mix with cement contents not less than 407 kg (four hundred seven kilogram) per cubic metre aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm (twelve millimetre) true to line and grade , tolerance of vertical RCC railing post not to exceed 1 in 500 (one in five hundred) centre to centre spacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000 mm (two thousand millimeter) leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion complete including the cost of reinforcement, form work and curing complete as per approved drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1500,1600,1700 and 2700 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. Providing and laying 50 mm (fifty millimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of slab using paving grade bitumen VG-10 (VG-ten) meeting the requirements given in table 500-39 including roughening of surface with wire brush, cleaning the surface, applying a thin bitumenous tack coat of VG-10 (VG-ten) grade bitumen at the rate of 0.325 kg (zero decimal three two five kilogram) per square metre. After applying tack coat fixing chicken mesh reinforcement of 1.50 mm (one decimal five zero millimetre) dia steel wire with hexagonal or rectangular opening of 20-25 mm (twenty to twenty five millimetre) before pouring mastic asphalt prepared using mastic cooker for heating coarse aggregate , filler and bitumen as per section 500 of MORTH specification laid to required level and slope including providing antiskid surface with a layer of hard stone aggregate 13.20 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) of 9.50 mm (nine decimal five zero millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge precoated with VG-10 (VG-ten) grade bitumen applied at the rate of 0.005 cum ( Zero decimal zero zero five cubic metre ) per 10 sqm (ten square metre ) and rolled or pressed in to surface at approximate spacing of 10 cm (ten centimetre) centre to centre in both directions, when the temperature of surface not less than 100 deg. C ( one hundred degree celcius) protruding 1 mm ( one millimetre ) to 4 mm ( four millimetre) over mastic surface all complete as per section 500 including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm ( one hundred millimetre ) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe corrosion resistant structural steel grating complete as per drawing and M.O.R.T.H. technical specifications section 2700 and as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70mm (Seventy millimetres) complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer instructions for installation complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 2600 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
