Disconnecting of HT supply from main panel after switching off 11 KV VCB discharging the supply. Complete dismantling of all protection relays, cable end boxes, vent pipes and other items as required.
Cleaning of transformer the help of air blowers, dry clothes and other tools & tackles as required during the execution. Cleaning of HV and LV Bushing, complete cleaning of core capsule, the works includes the tightness of the internal active parts of core-coil assembly.
Replacement of main transformer Protection relay and sensors complete as per site requirement. Make - PECON
Replacement of Transformer surge arrestors complete in all respect.
Replacement of all doors gasket of the transformer for complete protection.
Checking & matching of control wiring of all protection relays and calibration of protection relays including testing the same.
Checking/ Servicing and calibration of WTI for the healthiness of the transformer.
Complete Testing of the transformer for possible site tests such as :- (1) Magnetic Balance Test (2) IR Value Checks before and after the work (3) Voltage ratio Test at 440V (4) DC logic test (5) Single Phase Open circuit
Complete Energizing of transformer by connecting of HT supply from the main 11 KV VCB Panel.
Complete cleaning and chemically washing of muddy transformer body and painting of transformer with enamel paint.
