A - Boring work:-

Digging of pit 2.40x1.80x2.65m deep

Transportation of boring material & boring set including loading & unloading at site.

150 mm dia boring drilling charges

Preparation of lowering of 110mm 6Kgf/cm² PVC assembly.

110mm 6 kgf PVC Plain pipe.

110mm 6 kgf PVC perforated/slotted pipe.

110mm 6 kgf PVC coupler/socket.

110mm PVC end cap & top cap .

Solvent cement

Dovelopment of boring

25mm dia pipe for air vent

B - Injection & Storage/Filter tank:-

Digging of filter tank. 2.4x1.80x2.55m deep

Providing and laying of c.c. 1:3:6 in cement, sand & 25 to 50 mm brick ballast including labour & T&P etc.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement, Sand mortar.

Cement plaster 1:3 cement, sand mortar including all material & labour etc.

C.C. 1:2:4 in bottom of injection & storage filter tank with cement, sand & 10 to 20mm stone grit including all.

Supply & fixing of 200mm dia PVC pipe (Inlet chanal)

Supply & fixing of 150mm dia PVC pipe for drain pipe excess water.

Supply& fixing of 150mm dia pvc pipe 6kgf/cm² for drain chanal including all material & labour complete in all.

Supply& fixing of 110mm 6kgf PVC pipe down pipe including all material & labour complete in all.

Brick or brick ballast filling in layer

Mesh cloth for filter layer 1.40 micron

Filling of 5 to 10 mm gravel in second layer.

Course sand filling 1.50 to 2.00 mm in third layer.

RCC Work in slab of Injection and filter tank cover with 1:1.5:3 cement, send and 10 to20 mm stone grit with including all. But excluding reinforcment.

Tor steel or MS Iron work, in RCC work of slab with including cost of steel, binding of wire etc. complete.

Centering &Shuttering for RCC work .

C -Main hole 01 no (1.0x1.0x1.0m) and Junction box 6 nos (0.50x0.50x0.50m):-

Digging of pit for main hole and junction box

Providing and laying of C.C. 1:3:6 in cement sand & 25 to 50 mm brick ballast including labour & T&P etc.

First class brick work in foundation for main hole and j.box in 1:4 cement, sand, mortar including all.

CC1:2:4 in Bottom of Main hole and J.box with cement sand &10 to20mm stone grit including all.

RCC Work in slab of Main hole cover and J.box with 1:1.5:3 cement ,send and 10 to20mm stone grit including all. But excluding reinforcment.

Tor steel or MS Iron work, in RCC work of Main hole and J.Box cover slab, Including cost of steel, binding of wire etc. complete.

D -Steel sign Board and Other works:-

Supply and fixing of Angle iron steel sign board size 2.10X0.90 as per deptt. Specification made of angle 50X50X5mm size and steel plate including all

Finishing wall 3.0x2.0m and filter tank 5x2.3m, J.box 1.45 x 1.45 m total 20.0 Sqm area. With paint of approved make on wall with two coat including priming coat with cement primer and chitrakari or paint art on wall with slogan with paint including all material, labour and T&P etc. and proper completion of work.
