Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting hand broken metal aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ Hard Murum blindage as binding Materials to fill up the interstices of aggregate, watering and compacting with power roller to the required density. (Using 60 milimetre metal)

Providing and constructing 75 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal + 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 2 Kilogram per squaremetre, spreading 12 milimetre.size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including picking of existing Water Bound Macadam surface. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and constructing 50 milimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 milimetre stone layers metal 30 percent crusher broken metal + 70 percent Hand broken metal (By breaking Rubble obtained by blasting) , heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kilogram per squaremetre, spreading 12 milimetre size chips compacting with Static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc.complete, including applying tack coat of bitumen 0f specified grade at the rate of 0.30 Kilogram per Squaremetre (on existing bitumen surface.)

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on Dry / Hungry Black Topped surface 3 kilogram per 10 squaremetre (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying OGC 20 milimetre thickness composed of 13.2 milimetre to 5.6 milimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but excluding prime / tack and Seal coat. For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant with SCADA, Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over Modified Penetration Macadam Surface) (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 Kilogram per Squaremetre by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne etc. complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

Providing and laying White Topping as per Indian Road Congress-SP 76-2015 over bituminous surface (Existing bituminous surface preparation to be done if necessary either by milling or levelling course with Bituminous Macadam/Dry Lean Concrete to correct surface profile and to be paid separately) with unreinforced M-40 grade Pavement Quality Concrete using Ordinary Portland Cement (Ordinary Portland Cement 43/Ordinary Portland Cement 53-Grade) at 357 kilogram per cubic metre and 105 kilogram of Fly Ash (Replacement of Fly Ash to the extent of 15 percent and Fine aggregate by 10 percent) coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and Admixture confirming to Indian Standard 9130-1999 (R-2004) polymeric synthetic fibre as per ASTM (1116) such as polyester / polyethylene / polypropylene / Glass fibre at 1.20 kilogram per cubic metre, mixed in batching and mixing plant or weigh batcher as per approved mix design to achieve minimum flexural strength or modulus of rupture of concrete 4.50 MPa at 28 days limiting maximum water cement ratio to 0.40, transported to site, laid with mechanical paver finisher, spread, vibrated, compacted and finished in a continuous operation to the lines and grades as per drawing, texture finishing of surface, spraying two layers of curing compound, curing with water sprayed on hessian cloth covered over concrete surface, groove cutting grid 1metre x 1metre to a depth of 1/3 of the Thickness and of width 3-5 milimetre as per design including cost of all material, side form work, sealing joints labour and HOM of machineries etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated FE 500, 25milimetre diametre dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Diametre 60 centimetres Long and at 30.00 centimetre Centre to centre and wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by Thermo Mechanically Treated FE 500, chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete.

Providing and fixing in position Thermo Mechanically Treated FE 500, tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of 12 milimetre diameter 70 centimetre long and at 30.00 centimetre Centre to Centre and wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening , supported by assembly of Thermo Mechanically Treated FE 500, chairs with proper alignment etc. complete.

Supplying hard murum/ kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

Spreading hard murum/ soft murrum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete

Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete.

Providing and laying concrete pipes of Indian Standard Non Pressure class of 300 milimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including necessary collars, excavation, laying, fixing with collars in cement mortar 1:1 and refilling the trench complete.

Providing and fixing factory made Hydraulically pressed Mechanically vibrated and compacted precast inter locking cement concrete paving blocks 80MM thick in M-40 grade of approved size and shape for City streets, small /medium market roads,low volume roads, utility cuts on arterial roads etc. as specified and as per IS 15658:2006 including cost of all materials, manufacturing, curing, transportation of blocks to work site including loading, unloading and stacking as directed, laying paving blocks in position over prepared bed of natural sand / crushed sand of 50 mm thickness including necessary excavation in all stratas, spreading blindge of fine sand over the prepared bed, compacting blocks by plate vibrator etc. complete.

Providing and Laying Hot Applied Thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface od specified shade/colour of 2.5 milimetre thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 grams per square metre Thickness of 2.5 milimetre is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress : 35 : 2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL 100 mcd/sqm/lux and Qd of 100 mcd/sqm/lux measurd at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehnter, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL and Qd both according to Indian Road Congress:35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge and in accordance with applicable specifications. (Refer MORTH Clause 803 for technical Specification and performance for Indian Road Congress:35:2015).

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 milimetre, 100 milimetre and 102 +/- 2 milimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 milimetre and height not less than 30+/- 2 milimetre) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
