Automation of Bagging Section: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) of bagging machine having Bagging Bin of 2 MT capacity to hold the material before packing, fabricated from 3mm and 4mm M.S sheet supported with M.S angles and channels including pneumatic gate for bagging bin. Must be painted with anti corrosive superior quality primer& double coated heat resistant superior quality paint. Automatic bagging machine is of net bag filling type with gravity feeding having weighing range of 25-34-40 kg and maximum output of 300bags/hr. Other specification includes open mouth weighing hopper mounted on load cell (reputed make), dumping hopper with pneumatic operated gates. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Structural material (6MT Approx.) for erection of bagging bin and slat conveyor:. Providing & Fitting of ISMB (200mmx6mm) ,ISMB (250mmx6mm),ISMB(175mmx6mm),ISMC(150mmx6mm),ISMC(200mmx6mm) Chequered plate(5mm), ISA(45mmx45mmx6)mm), M.S Pipes 32mm dia and 40 dia, required for erection of bagging bin(2MT), bagging section, stitching section and slat conveyor system. Job also involves the modification of bagging Section platform as per site requirement. The total Cost includes the cost of nuts bolts, washers, Welding, cutting, labour charges etc involved during execution of job. Pellet Cooler: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) of counter flow type pellet cooler consisting of SS construction main body and supporting structure of MS having high level and low level sensor, rotary feeder/ Air lock for cyclone with sight glass assembly. Geared motor drive parts for feeder/ Air lock 02 HP. Eccentric coupling set for cooler bed motor. Blower (MS Construction) and ducting (SS Construction). Blower motor of capacity of 15 HP inclusive of driving parts. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Bucket Elevator: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) to carry feed ingredients from floor to bagging storage bin. Height 12 M, Bucket size 150 mm, Pullies : Top Pullies rubber coated and bottom Pullies cage type, belt 4 ply Nylon, Box Fabrication 2 mm foot and head supported with 50mmx50mmx5mm. Base frame of geared motor fabricated out of ISMC 100. Geared motor of 5 HP for elevator running. Job is inclusive of all the necessary equipments/ items required for smooth functioning of the bucket elevator. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Slat conveyor: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) of metal Slat conveyor to carry the filled bags from bagging machine approx. 05 meter length and then turning at an angle of 90 degrees with the help of idlers and then running straight at an length of 35 meter. Slat conveyor having width of 600mm and M.S fabricated, slat thickness of 3mm, driven by a motor having a min capacity of 3HP & 7.5HP, Conveyor chain system includes sprocket, chain etc. Must be adequately lubricated having sufficient chain tension with properly aligned sprockets so that noise should be in permissible limits as per factory norms. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Stitching Section: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) of Stitching machine, single needle two thread double locked stitch with semi automatic thread cutter with speed upto 1500 stitches/minute. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Flexible Conveyor with Hydraulic Height adjustment: Providing, installation, testing & commissioning (PITC) of flexible conveyor with height adjustable attachment to carry the filled bags for loading to trucks, having 8mtrs length, width 700mm with inclined hydraulic lift system driven by minimum 3 H.P motor, conveyor speed of 0-15mtrs/Min with variable speed, Max Adjustable height 4mtrs, power pack 1HP. Conveyor Frame of Ms Sheet 4mm thick, Tubular Legs & Power coated surface. Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of speed and other functions. Air Compressor: Providing, installation, testing & commission (PITC) of air compressor fitted with 7.5 H.P motor,175psi, CFM 26.4, tank capacity 250Ltrs to control pneumatic gates. Job is inclusive of the required air pipe line, control valves and accessories like FRL unit (filter, regulate & lubricate). Job is inclusive of required control panel for adjustment of functions and protection to the compressor in all respects. Earthing/Cabling etc: Copper plate earthing by way making pit of size 4’x4’x10’ and providing and fitting of copper plate of size2’x2’x3mm,copper strip of size 25x3mm and of required length as per site, G.I pipe of 40mm dia with funnel at one end of length of 10’,copper nut bolts, providing and filling of salt bag (min of 50 kg) and charcoal (min of 100 kg) in different layers. Job includes providing of copper strip of size 25x3mm and connecting the same with electro- mechanical machinery to be installed for automation of the plant. Job is complete in all respects.Providing and laying of 25sqmm 3.5 core (250 mtrs) armored Aluminum cable (reputed make) for electricity connection wherever required for automation of the plant. The job includes thimbling, connecting the same with existing bus bar. Other cabling works are deemed to be incorporated where ever required. Job is inclusive of providing and fitting main switches/Bus bars /starters, MCCBs of required capacity for connecting & providing electricity to the new installed machinery with the existing bus bars of the plant control unit. Civil Works: The job includes laying of RCC foundations for installation of machinery and platform, and Civil work i.e column/support, for Bagging Bin, Slat Conveyor. Painting of all structures/equipments/machines with superior quality spray paint. Job also includes dismantling of already existing ramp and chajja at loading section gate and reconstructing new ramp as per site requirement. Gravity piping/Transition pieces as per site requirement.
