Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/ ceiling or concrete of any description,racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. NOTE: Rendering to be done in Patches also As Directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified NOTE: Rendering to be done in Patches also complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair face of brickwork or stone masonry surfaces or on one side of lathing, finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr -in - charge. M&L for Acrylic polymer base damp-proof coating system with two component ready to use acrilyic ploymer modified damp-proof coating : 1. SURFACE PREPARATION: Remove the existing plastered surface with efflorescence/ seepage area. Non-moving cracks having width upto 5 mm must be filled with Polymer based crack filler. 2 APPLICATION: Apply acrylic polymer base damp proof coating by brush roller over SSD surface. Apply the first coat of damp proof coating with a paintbrush directly on the surfaces. Allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hrs. Apply subsequent second layer after drying. The first coat and second coat must be applied in perpedicular direction. The coverage must be atleast 1.2 sqm/kg/coat. The mixing for two component, if required, shall be done as per manufactures specifications. Rendering to be carried out after approval of Eng in charge and shall be paid seprately. Make : Asian Paints Damp proof Ultra 2K/Fosroc Damp Protect/Dr Fixit dampguard or equivalent as approved by GE Note : Treatment shall be carried out through Authorized applicators only

M&L for prepration of new plastered Internal wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Applying one coat wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) and including one coat of primer by using Airless spray / Roller over complete.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coat of OBD complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for prepration of new external plastered wall surface and applying followings complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying one coat of wall care putty on wall surface and smoothening the surface prepatory to paint. (b) Two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion by using roller over and including one coat of acrylic emulsion external primer complete.

Complete removal of existing treatment on old external wall surfaces of any desciption, preperation of surface by Mechanised sander having suction vaccum bag using smart periodical methodology complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on prepared surfaces of walls / Chajja's / facia/ ceiling / Ext surfaces (thickness vary from 1.0 to 1.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M & L for applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using approved brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall primer, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for two coat of Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) surface by using Roller over complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Smooth finished surfaces are considered under Sl item No 32 above. (ii) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat over & including a coat of exterior wall cement primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of cement based paint by using approved brands of cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying one coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any existing shade, @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat by using approved brands of cement based paint and primer by brush or roller complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing existing treated surfaces of ceilings including cornices and applying one coats of white wash by making the lime slaked at site and shall be mixed and stirred with about five liters of water for 1 kg of unslaked lime to make a thin cream. This shall be allowed to stand for a period of 24 hours and shall then be screened through clean coarse cloth. 1 kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10 kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub-resistant. Small quantity of ultramarine blue (upto 3 gm per kg of lime) shall also be added to the of white wash solution and the whole solution shall be stirred thoroughly before use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
