M&L surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in soft / loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete kerbs in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( Using 12.5mm graded aggregate) in rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 ( Using 40mm graded aggregate) in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening after resecuring or easing or adjusting complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 125 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in floor / hardstanding complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepolished cement concrete chequrred tiles coloured of size 25cmx25cmx25mm thick machine pressed , set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like with and including 20 mm bedding in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the colour of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Granite work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like with and including 20 mm bedding in CM 1:4 and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the colour of tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats @ 1.50 kg per sqm per coat water proofing tratment on RCC roof/Wall/Sunken floor or plastered surface with Nito proof 100 as priming coat and Nito proof 100 or 120 as finishing coat of Forsoc or equivalent as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing from trenches / wall including all fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earthwork if any shall be included in the quoted rate

Supply and fix in repairs concealed stop valves 15 mm dia cast copper alloy, chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and directed.
