Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cemene concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreate) as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel, or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in concrete brick work masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down barbed wire fencing of any description and in any position fixed to RCC/steel posts complete all as specified and as directed. (each row shall be measured separately)

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured).

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or steel gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe- 290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work such as grills gratings, etc with ends of bar shouldered and/or revited or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framework of water tanka and similar works confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required hooks (stay) heavy for large gates, hook and pintle hinges large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes for notching of wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25 mm thick type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame , set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for keys ,scrubbing down with water etc complete and removal of demolished material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer on walls. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered/undecorated surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceilings finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered/undecorated surface of Ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.26 here-in-before but exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified.

S&F window or ventilators section of frame 72x55mm fixed to wall or concrete surface with rowl plugs made of galvanised steel powder coated and section of shutter 47x20mm mulion section 72x50mm (Based steel as per IS 513 "D" quality galanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 gms/sqm) glazed or gauged and wire gauge shutter prepare to receive wire mesh to the shutter (Double door shutter) with total coated thickness of 0.6mm including grills/guard bars made of square bars powder coated or painting fixed to window frame with screws including necessary fittings and all builders hardware such as handles, tower bolts and stays etc complete all as specified and as directed. Desludging of manholes manually by removing all scales, loose materials and sludge and cleaning the same with water sludge taken out from manholes will be thrown away from camp area depth of manholes not exc 1.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Desludging of septic tanks 200 users by blocking the incoming line to the tank , removing all wet sludge with bucket etc and finally sweeping the surface of tank with clean water complete sludge whatever may be the depth will be removed by manually or mechanically all as specified.

Dewatering of soak well 2.4 mtr dia and 6 mtr depth complete all as specified.
