Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thinkness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and Two coat oil bound distemper painting on parapet including all cost of labour, material T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Painting two coat including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered/concreat surface including all material, labour charge, T&P etc all complete.

First class-150 Brick work in (1:4) cement, coarse sand mortor including all cost of material, labour T&P etc. all complete.

Centring & shuttering for RCC work including all material, labour T&P etc all complete.

Low level white PVC flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) Conforming to IS:7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors where ever required.

Supplying and fixing 40 mm thick commerical quality sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fittings if nescessary and including fixing the glass panel with putty and brad grass to be 4 mm thick fitting with necessary screw.

Supply and fixing galvonized mosquito proof heavy quality iron wire gauge or exponded metal heavy quality over windows and including supply C.P tech wood battens (8×1) cm and including supply and fixing necessary screw, all material, labour T&P etc. all complete.

Providing and laying 8 to 10 mm thick light shade vetrified tiles in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement motor finished with cement slurry and pigment grouting and polish etc including all cost of material, labour T&P all complete.

Brick edging on both sides of road with M-150 first class bricks on edge 3 inch wide and 4-1/2 inch deep laid with mud mortar, finished to the required temples in proper alignment & also dressing, ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of Pre cast R.C.C (M 25) boundry wall with precast H shaped column of size 150mm×150mm, 2.4M long with 7 No of 4 mm HTS wire and precast panel of size 2100mm× 300mm×50mm with 4No of 4mm HTS wire including all cost of material, labours, T&P etc.
