WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading compacting stone aggregate of specific size (22.4mm to 53mm) (W.B.M.-G-III) in base coat towater bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness (compacted 75mm, loose 100mm) hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to required density including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc.

Providing & applying primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion(SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing & applying Tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen presser distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/granuiar surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing,laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen emulsion to required line,gradeand level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a uitable plant laying and rolling with athree wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of eitherType A as per Technical specification clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a Bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical specification clause 510 .
