Cutting of existing damage M.S. rusted angle iron and M.S. sheet of bar screen i/c dismantle the motor i/c rusted M.S. Sheet removing of rusted guide angle, top assembly, ropes from the deep sump well with the help of gas cutter and men power with required equipment’s.

Making arrangement for working with all safety devices for controlling the sewage on the both sides of the bar screen. Providing of sand bags as required.

Replacement the slope plate with the proper welding and supports. as existing

Providing the S.S. angle of size 75mm x 75mm x 2500mm (3 Nos.) for strengthening the Jaal. as existing

Replacement the main guide M.S angle Iron with required finishing (for the both side of the screen) as per sample.

Providing the ceiling with the D clamp for the same i/c adjustment the same with the limit switch / controller.

Providing the upper structure of 6 mm M.S. Sheet/ angle of the Frame with the help of electric welding Bolting as per size required. Size of the Bar Screen 2350x1050x2850 mm approx. as existing

Overhauling the top rotating Mechanism of the screening system with replacement / fabrication of comb i/c adjustment the teeth with the Bars.

Providing the strengthen M.S. fabricated hollow shaft for fixing with the guide angle.

Providing the all-fabricated gun metal bushes with machining of all brackets, replacement of pins for the same.

Providing the hardware goods for complete.

Providing the top gear protection cover unit fabricate with the 4 mm m.s sheet and angle iron with top radius cover and folding provision with the hinges and bolts. as per site requirement.

Replacement of damage contactors limit switches, cables, wiring, strengthening / replacement the complete frame of Starter Cabling as required. As existing as per site requirement including necessary civil work.

Assembling the above-mentioned work at site with necessary new civil work for hold both the structure as per site requirement as existing old before dismantling.

Alignment the complete system after completion in all respect.

Painting the complete structure of both the screens after complete in all respect with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of anti-corrosive paint. As existing

Testing and commissioning on No Load/Full Load.

Dismantle the complete conveyer system from the site during execution of bar screen structure work.

Repairing the conveyer system with the replacement of pins/ bush repairing, overhauling the gearbox, motor repairing of rollers etc i/c replacement the damage spares for the same with civil work as required.

Fixing the conveyor belt with replacement of adjustment bolt of the guide rollers.

Painting the complete conveyer system from both side with the coat of red oxide and finally two coats of epoxy paint for internal structure &Epoxy painting on external portion.

Assembling/testing /commissioning complete conveyer structure at site with alignment and fixing with hardware goods for the same.
