Carriage of 20 MVA T/F from 132 KV SS Dhanapur to 132 KV SS DLW.

Shifting of dismantled 20MVA 132/33 KV T/F from unloading point to nearby trailer (up to 20 Meter Distance)including turning of Tank, if required, including all T&P and work required to complete the jobsatisfactorily along with all accessories from Storage place to near tailor at 132 KV S/S, Dhanapur.

Loading of the T/F main tank, conservator tank, radiator, HV/LV Bushing and its other part along with oil drums on the truck/ tailor safely to avoid any type of damage at 132 KV S/S, Dhanapur

Transportation of the transformer and other accessories from 132 KV S/S Dhanapur to 132 KV S/S DLW (Distance around 80 KM) (Insurance Shall be done by the contractor as per direction of Supervising Engineer which shall be re-imbrued on actual).

Unloading of the transformer main tank, conservator tank, radiator, HV/LV Bushing and its other part along with oil drums on the truck/ tailor safely to avoid any type of damage at 132KV S/S DLW.

Shifting of transported 20MVA 132/33 KV T/F from unloading place to Plinth (up to 20 mtr Distance) including turning to tank if requiredincluding all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily at 132KVSub-Station, DLW

Sorting, loading, carriage, unloading and erection of GI structure

Sorting, Counting, Stacking erection mark wise and proper loading of structures, tower parts in truck/trailer

Safe carriage of loaded structure tower parts from EFU Naini to 132 KV S/S Varanasi Dist. approx. 150 KM.

Unloading of carriage structure/tower parts from the truck/trailer. Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the Substation premises as per direction of Supervising Engineer

Erection of auxiliary structure required for installation of CTs, PTs, CVTs etc and all other equipments. The job consist of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nut bolts washer etc. from store to site of erection. Erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practice using flat/spring washer with each bolt matching holes, cutting notching of members if reqd. shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material & T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Stringing of 3-Phase 132 KV Jack Bus Bar with Panther Conductor length of as per Requirement. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single/double bolted type tension/suspension fitting . Hosting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site with all associated work required for successful completion of Job. (1 Job for stringing of 3 Phase Jack Bus for each bay)

Extension of 132 KV DLW(Receiving)-132 KV DLW(Deposit) Line by 24 metre with the help of Gantries. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single bolted type tension/suspension fitting . Hosting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site with all associated work required for successful completion of Job. (1 Job for extension of 24 meters)

Extension of 33 KV Main Bus Bar up to 12 meters. The work include cutting and bending of conductor, fixing of single bolted type tension fitting. Hosting of disc insulator and shifting of material from erection site to work site with all associated work required for successful completion of Job. (1 Job for 3 Phase Main Bus extension of 12 meters)

Interconnection &jumpering of all equipments and Main bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering clamping above with all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and tech. specification of newly erected LV side 20 MVA transformer bay.(1 Job for each bay)

Dismantling of various equipments of existing 132 KV DLW bay to convert it into transformer bay.

Dismantling of 03 Nos of PTs/CVTs and 03 Nos. of LA of 132 KV DLW(Deposit) Bay. The work includes careful dismantling of above said equipments with the help of derrick pole after opening of Jumpers and terminations and then shifting these equipments to the Open store.

Dismantling of 02 nos. of Fire huts and re erection at appropriate place similar to the existing one.

Erection and Commissioning of 20 MVA Transformer.

Carriage of 20KL transformer oil tank from 400 KV S/S Sarnath to 132 KV S/S DLW and shifting back to 400 KV Sarnath after the completion of Work.

Complete erection of 20 MVA T/F . The work includes erection of radiators, Conservator tank, all bushings & turrets, Connecting Pipes, Cooling Fans, OLTC DM Box, Oil Pumps and associated pipeline including first filling of T/F oil in Main Tank, radiator, Oil Pipe Line & Conservator tank to complete the job Satisfactorily.

Centrifuging of Complete Transformer Oil through Centrifuging Machine till required parameters of BDV and PPM is achieved. Note: Centrifuging Machine shall be arranged by Contractor and the oil test result from certified lab like CPRI,GTL,AES are only acceptable.

Jumpering of HV bushing including hoisting of suspension insulator with associated fittings after taking IR.

Earthing and associated works

Cutting straightening , bending, laying 700mm below inside ground and above ground of following sizes of 50 x6 mm M.S. Flat for earthing of auxiliary structure, equipment structure, and equipments etc, of New 132 KV DLW(Deposit) bay and 132/33 KV 20 MVA Transformer Bay including welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed, excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting with synthetic enamel bus green color above ground and black bituminous compound underground and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily including cost of M.S. Flat.

Earthing of cable racks with 25x6mm MS flat including cutting, bending and wielding as per the actual need and jointing the same with main earth mat including the cost of man, material , T&P and earthing required for the satisfactorily completion of job.

Fabrication of delta of HV and LV neutral bushing inside the pit after digging a pit of 1.5mX1.5mX1m depth. Cutting 03 nos of 40mm MS round of length 03m each by gas cutter and inserting them into earth in triangular shape at a distance of 01 metre. The upper end of these MS round will be connected through MS flat of size 75x10mm by the way of welding and these MS flat should be connected through neutral bushing through 75x10mm MS flat by welding the two MS flats.

Special earthing of 120 KV/36KV LA consisting of 6 Nos. 3 mtr. long electrodes its placing inside the ground and connecting all six electrodes with 75 x10 mm MS flat and connecting the same with main earth mat two place required including cost of MS strip & excluding cost of M S round bar.

Switchyard lighting work:

Providing and fixing of 225 wattsLED warm white flood light fittings(with at least 02 years of warranty) having at least 32000 lumens output in single piece Die cast Aluminum alloy housing with pot optics reflector and toughened clear glass cover with frame for lamp compartment of Crompton Greaves/Havells/Bajaj/Osram /Phillips make on the various GI pipes as per the instruction of supervising engineer.

Providing and fixing GI bend pipe duly made of 2” dia,1.2m long, class B, bend angle 30 degree for fixing 225 watt LED fitting on gantry with the help of GI clamps.

Supply and fixing of LT lighting junction box of size 200x200x150mm duly made of 16SWG sheet,painted with smoke grey enamel paint and fitted with 1 No. 6A MCB on anodize channel,01 No. Bakelite fuse fitting of 6A, 1No copper neutral link, Bakelite TB of 04 terminals,cable glands suitable for 2C/4Cx2.5 sq mm incoming/outgoing cable etc on designated height with the help of MS clamps along with earthing of Junction box with 12SWG GI wire.

Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5 sq. mm PVC cable 60 cm below the ground level in 01” dia PVC conduct pipe between AC supply cubical to LT lighting junction box and LT lighting junction box to LED terminals after excavation and back filling including the cost of labour, PVC pipe and T&P required for the successful completion of job.

Providing and fixing of various sign/display board:

Providing and fixing of name plate made of 02 mm thick aluminum sheet with covering of 3HP retro reflective sheeting of size 300mmx150mm. The plates to be fixed with the help of nuts and bolts on already installed equipment structure.

Providing and fixing of phase plate equipment/bus made of 02 mm thick aluminum sheet with covering of 3HP retro reflective sheeting of size 5” dia. The plates to be fixed with the help of nuts and bolts on already installed equipment structure.(01 set= 03 plates each for R,Y and B phase)

Fabrication of display board made of M.S. angle iron 50x50x6mm, 3’ long support and M.S. board of 2’x1’ M.S. sheet 18 gauge and M.S. flat iron 25’x6’mm size 2’x1’welded on M.S. sheet after then M.S. pipe of 1.5” dia. fitted around M.S. flat on the sheet board and 0.5” dia M.S. pipe 4’ long welded in M.S. angle iron from two places at one side and two at other to complete the display board. Digging pit size 2’x2’x3 and grouting above board with 1:2:4 cement, ballast, sand ratio and making plinth of size 1^x2^.

Supply of bolted type single tension fitting for single moose with turn buckle for 33 KV main bus suitable for 1x4 nos 70KN disc insulator string with D shackle, Socket ball ,Hook, Yoke plate, clevis and tension clamp . Supply of bolted type single tension fitting for single moose without turn buckle for 33 KV main bus suitable for 1x4 nos 70KN disc insulator string with D shackle, Socket ball ,Hook, Yoke plate, clevis & tension clamp. The material shall conform the latest revision of IS- 5561/IS-2633/IS-5082/IS-617/ IS-2121 Part A & B.
