REPLACEMENT OF GASKET OF 12.5MVA TRANSFORMER-1 (ELTA ALSTOM MAKE) ALONGWITH OTHER ASSOCIATED WORKS

Replacement of Gasket of 12.5 MVA Transformer-I(ELTA make) alongwith other associated work at 132KV Substation Chunar with all Cost of Men. Misc. Consumables. Crane/Hydra. Centrifuging Machine Normal & Special T&Ps etc. required for satisfactory completion of the job as per technical Specifications & direction of the Supervising Engineer as per details below.

Complete Draining of the Transformer oil from the 12.5 MVA Transformer-I into oil Tanker/ Oil Drums and staking then at Proper Place.

Removal of Jumpers of HV & LV side bushing of the Transformer. The Scope of Work involves Opting of Bolts & Nuts clamps and Neutral HV/LV earthing and removing electric connections etc.

Complete Dismantling of the 12.5 MVA Transformer-I. The Scope of Work involves Dismantling of HV/LV Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank, Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges Valves, and Cooling Fans etc. along with Opening of associated Electrical Connections, Stacking of all the Dismantled Parts as Proper Place in the Switchyard including Proper Blanking of the Open Points before Replacement of Gasket.

Complete Replacement of Gasket of 12.5 MVA Transformer-1. The Scope of Work Involves Removal of old/damaged Rim Gasket of Transformer's Top Cover and old/damaged gaskets of different Parts of the Transformer by Cleaning of Surfaces. Providing & Fabrication of Gaskets out of good Quality Rubberized Cork Sheet Gaskets of Konica/Troborze/Nu-Cork make having Temperature Bearing Capacity around 380°C and Fixing the Gaskets with Adhesive at Rim & other Surfaces.

Complete Erection of 12.5 MVA Transfontier-1 by 2no. HV Bushing, 2no. LV Bushing, 2 No. HV/LV Neutral Bushings, Turrets, Radiators, Conservator Tank Explosion Vent Pipe, Buchholz Relay, Oil Pipe Lines, Flanges, Valves, Cooling Fans etc. at its original Place.

Centrifuging of (12.5 MVA T/F-I) oil filled in Oil Tanker, Un-Interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the Oil is Achieved. Filling of Transformer Oil into Main Tank and Radiators from Oil Tanker then Centrifuging & Circulation of the Oil in Transformer. Un-Interrupted till the Desired BDV Values of the Oil & IR Values are Achieved including Recording of all the Parameters such as Temperature. Vacuum, Insulation Resistance etc. every 2 Hours Centrifuging Machine, its Operator, all associated T&P etc. shall be Arranged by the Contractor at his Own Cost. The work will also include BDV, PPM & DGA Test of Od Sample from ERDA/CPRI/PGCIL Lab and submit the test report in hard copy.

Topping of approximate 2.5 KL, Transformer oil (to be provide by department) in to the main tank of 12.5 MVA T/F-1

Jumpering of HV & LV side Bushings of the Transformer. The Scope of Work Involves Fixing & Tightening of Bushing Clamps with appropriate size Bolts-Nuts-Washers including, Replacement of Clamps, Jumpers etc. as Required.

Providing and installation of new MOG 12.5 MVA T/F-1 After dismantling of defective/damaged MOG Including all other associated work complete satisfactorily.
