Table centre tops (size 1'-6" x 3') made out of 18mm thick HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) board with glossy matt finish 6mm thick teak wood beading /lipping shall be provided on all-around top.

S&F in replacement of legs of seasoned sheesham wood table centre duly polished all as shown on drgs.

Teapoy tops (size 1'-6" x 2')made out of 18mm thick HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistance) board with glossy matt finish 6mm thick teak wood beading /lipping shall be provided on all-around top.

S&F of legs made out of seasoned sheesham wood in replacement to teapoy. The leg shall be french polished as specified and shown in drgs.

Table Dressing Ladies with Mirror (FD-251, 32 & 378):

Removing existing unservicable top and bottom of the table dressing ladies box with 18mm thick HDHMR board with glossy matt finish with alround the 4mm thick teak wood beading duly french polished and as shown in drawing.

Removing existing unservicable sides(left& right) of the table dressing ladies box shall be 18mm thick HDHMR board with glossy matt finish as shown and specified in the drawing.

Removing existing unservicable back ply of the table dressing box and S & F new plywood commercial 12mm thick as shown and specified in the drawing.

Removing existing unservicable glass sliding shutter with standard alluminium channel having two (U shaped channel sliding plain glass with catcher as shown and specified in the drawing.

Removing existing unservicable mirror and plywood supply and fixing of mirror 5mm thick 355 x 1220 mm mirror complete with wood frame seasoned sheesham wood and back plywood 6mm thick as shown and specified in the drawing.

Removing existing unservicable drawers and supply and fixing of new drawers fabricated with sheesham wood for sides plywood 6mm for bottom & back prelaminated particle board 18mm thick for front side with the provision of anodised knobs all as shown and specified in the drawing.

Removing existing unservicable leg frame and supply and fixing of new leg frame made of seasoned sheesham wood duly frenched polished all as per drawing.

SIDE BOARD (FD-26, 241, 371 & 1112):

Removing existing u/s top of side board and S & F new top made out of 18mm thick HDHMR board with glossy matt finish all as per drg and as directed.

All as per item no 13.01 but for sides of size 450x675mm all as per drg.

Removing existing u/s back of side board and S & F new back fabricated with plywood commercial 6mm thick of size 1025x750mm all as per drg and as directed.

All as per item no 13.01 but for shutters (Pairs) with the provision of 19/20mm piano type hinges, s/steel screws and CP Handles/knobs alround 4mm thick TW beading all as per drg.

All as per item No 13.01 but for shelves of size 610x387mm all as per drg.

All exposed wooden surfaces to be polished with French polish to the required finish after proper sand papering and removing of old filth, polish complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Tabe Bed Side(FD-248/276 & 210/1114) The following repairs shall be carried out to table bedside after removing old unserviceabl parts:Legs for Table bed side made of seasoned sheesham wood duly polished as per drg.

TV Trolly (FD/E6/ MAP/04):

S& F in replacement of old UNSV top & Bottom of TV Trolly made out of 18mm thick HDHMR board with glossy matt finish make Action Tesa duly fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging around. Rest all as per drawing.

All as per Ser item No 15.01 above but Sides made out of 18/19mm thick PLPB exterior grade Make Action Tesa.

Sofa set (5 Seater in 3 Pieces) (FD-258):

Removing existing old foam 2” thick from the back and 4” thick from the seat including removing of tapestry cloth. Material & labour for new U foam 2” thick and cloth tapestry to the back including repairing of existing wooden back frames with sheesham wood. New seat shall be of U foam cushion 4” thick 32 density. Make : Sleepwell/Kurlon cushion of M/S Kulon Ltd duly covered with cloth tapestry of Net market rate not less than Rs.350/RM to be approved by GE all as per drgs.

Replacement of arms made out of well seasoned sheesham wood free from cracks & knots duly polished all as per drg.

Replacement of front leg of size 405x35x45 mm made of well seasoned sheesham wood free from cracks & knots duly polished all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing the existing unsv foam and raxin cloth from seat and S&F of new foam 3” thick 32 density duly covered with Rexine(not less than Rs 250/- per mtr) to seat all as specified and shown in drg. Make of foam shall be Sleepwell/Kurlon.
