EXCAVATION & EARTHWORK
Removing excavated material (any type) and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. Notes (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the excavated material/ debris are to be disposed off. EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure
Supply, install, testing and commisioning of dIstribution transformer ( Level- 3 ) mounted on floor stepdown , 11KV/0.433KV , Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest ammanmendts , indoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 160 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side ,Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in steP of 2.5 %. Losses should be confined to the limits specified as follows: :maximum allowable losses at full load (100 % ) & Half Load ( 50 % )shall not be exceeded 1.38 % & 0.96 % Respectivly as per GRlHA RATING, Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. (B) Provision of “Down shop Lead” as per following specification:- Designing, manufacturing, supplying, Installation in position, testing and commissioning of 4 bar ‘U’ type galvanized iron conductor shrouded bus bar system of red, Yellow, Blue & Green complete with fully articulated sliding type ‘D’, metallic crane duty current collectors, duty fitted with sintered copper graphite cartridge with square bar, including designing suitable MS fabricated supports for mounting hanger clamps, splice covers, feed Kit, anchor clamp and covers all suitable for 2.0 Tonne EOT Crane.
(C) BRAKE:- AC Electromagnetic brake having suitable size, one No for cross travel and two Nos long travel, one No additional Electro Hydraulic thruster brake for the hoisting motion complete all as specified. (D) ROPE DRUM:- The rope drum is Mild steel fabricated and stress relived fabricated/seamless pipe with full length with specially designed flexible coupling between Hoist Gear box & rope drum. (E) Wiring and cables etc as required upto the Panel board.

a) The crane is to be operated in indoor as well as outdoor fully exposed to weaether elements. Adequate IP protective covering over the electrical and mechanical components shall be provided
b) The crane shall be provided with additional storm brakes for anchoring it to cater to storm conditions

g) Dimensions,capacities/sizes of equipments/ accessories mentoned on drawing are minimum to be provided. Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg and electrical wiring diagram of EOT crane and contractor shall incorporate changes wherever required and the rates quoted above shall deemed to inclusive of such provisions and its accessories before designing / execution.
h) Longitudinal / cross travel shall be limited to 1.0 m away from the wall on both ends as far as possible.
j) The lowest bidder shall prepare Constructional drawing including specification as per the design of approved OEM. In case the lowest bidder is not OEM himself then lowest bidder shall submit an MOU with departmentally approved OEMfor construction and executing of the crane work. Drawings and specifications in both the cases will be subject to approval of accepting officer as per Para (g) above.
k) Any technical clarifications regarding size, capacity, rating and specification and drawings may please be clarified by the bidder from the E-4 section of this office before the Bid is submitted, he should also visit the site where the crane are being installed before submitting the Bid.
Note-2 The cranes shall be tested stage wise for 25%,50%, 75% 100% and 25% overload , The rates for all manpower and material and testing arrangement required will be deemed to be included in quoted rates and nothing extra will be admissible on this account.
Note 3-Gaurds will be provided with approch ladder on both sides of Long traval at a suitable level and ladders should have landing paltforms at both end with guards and side railing.

(a) Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent Diesel Engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an out put of 125 KVA continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz , 1500RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine liquid cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc and comprising of following.

AIR CONDITIONING ( CENTRAL)
Design, Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 36 TR running capacity chilled water type central aircondtioning system of not less than 35 TR cooling capacity consisting of 2 x 35 TR scroll chillers (1W+1 S/By) for the Rampage Missile building being constructed under this project tender and consisting of minimum of following sub sytems and plants, machines, motors, pumps, AHUs, pipes, valves, ductings, cable, controllers, instrumentations, metering, logic controls, control panels, equipments and fittings etc all specified and as required. The air conditioning is required for all the rooms/halls/sheds under construction in the project (except toilets and bathrooms) as per the architectural plans, elevation and sections drgs of the building to maintain the desired inside weather conditions of Temperature and Humidity in accordance with the user datasheet given in the tender and as mentioned herein after including balancing, performance and energy optimization techniques and testing commissioning all complete:-

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF AC PLANT
Comprehensive maintenance comprising of routine, preventive & breakdown maintenance of central air conditioning plant of capacity 22 TR installed running capacity with 3x 11 TR. Package type air cooling air conditioning unit ( 2 running & 1 standby ) installed comprising of all devices and accessories through out 12 months on all days including sundays & holidays for a period of 03 years after expiry of defects liability period (i.e. 24 months after completion of all Phase II tests) all as specified and directed and as shown below.
1st year after expiry of defect liability period.
2 nd year after expiry of defect liability period.
3 rd year after expiry of defect liability period.
NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 26 & 27 :- (a) The contractor shall be responsible for periodical/routine maintenance, as per maintenance schedule recommended by manufactur/OEM, including renewal / replacement of parts, fittings / fixtures filling of refrigerant gas etc required for smooth functioning of the plant as per manufacturers instructions.the cost of all parts/componant/Gas required for replacement are considered inclusive in quoted rate (b) The Contractor shall Employ Refrigeration mechanic having minimum ITI qualification from Govt Recognised institute with adequate knowledge & minimum 5 years experience in maint/operation of AC plants. The operator must competent to carry out the minor maint all as directed. (c) Contractor shall pay the wages to the employees through e-payment i.e Adhaar linked bank accounts (credit to their bank account). Engineer-in-charge shall ensure that e-payment made to employees and their wages shall not be less than minimum wages fixed by state Govt or Central Govt whichever is more. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engr-in-charge and the same shall be kept in record duly verified.
(d) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the employees provident fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailng scales as laid down by Ministry of labour for all operator/helper (as appliable) and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to the Engineer-in-charge for verification & record. The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included of above provisions. In case contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, the same shall be recovered from his dues as per the prevailing scale plus 15 percent. (e) The contractor shall maintain all the registers under various labour law rules, 2017 and shall be produced to the Engineer-in-Charge as well as officers detailed by central labour department. (f) Each shift duration shall be 8 hours & duty timing will be decided by Engr-in-Charge.(g) The unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cost of labour for daily routine maintenance for trouble free functioning of installation. (h) In case of any abnormal noise/ complaint the plant should be put off and same should be brought to the notice of Engr-in-charge. (i) The operator employed by the contractor shall be capable of carrying out minor repair/ maintenance & should have well experience in AC plants as applicable. (j) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cotton waste, cleaning material etc & Contractor will ensure general area cleanliness and upkeep of the installation on daily basis. (k) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of tools & testing instruments required for operation & maintenance of AC plants. (l) The rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of safety gear & required tools for minor maintenance. In case of failure to provide tools kit & safety kit (spanner sets, hand gloves), a penalty of Rs 3000/- will be recovered and levied
(m) The Contractor shall not employ same tradesman continuously for more than 11 months during the Contract period. (n) The contractor shall provide 02 uniforms to each operator and design of uniform shall be got approved. In case of failure, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per uniform will be levied and recovered from their dues. (o) In case of failure due to absence of operative staff, the contractor shall be liable to pay compensation at twice the cost of a day’s Manning & Operation derived from pro rate of Sch ‘A’ quoted rates. (p) The Contractor shall maintain proper records of all kinds of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly or whatsoever maintenance is carried out during contract period in a binded book / register and shall obtain the signature of Engineer-in-Charge every fortnightly. (q) The contractor shall provide board at proper location near each installations duly writting the name of operators and Mobile Numbers shifwise. (r ) In case of non function of AC Plant panel recovery @ 3000 per day shall be effected 24 hrs after the defect is noticed or notified either in writing or through a social media message by GE or his rep. (s) Any defect in to a motor , Pumps, compressure ,Control Panel ,AHU, Refrigarent Gas , Cooling Tower shall be considered as outstanding defect & Panel charge will be applicable as above in Note (u ) In case of non function of central type AC plant, penal recovery @ Rs 3000 per day shall be effected 24 Hrs after the defect is notified either in writing or through a electronic media message by GE or his Rep.
