REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, strutting, cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOCKS, STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm x 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five M.sand) using second class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm size 9" x 43/8" x 23/4" for the including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections shereever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost.)

Providing of pre construction anti termite treatment in foundation, back fill treatment, top surface of plinth filling, treatment along the perimeter of the building, under and all round of column pits, pile caps, wall trenches, and basement excavation, over top of plinth filling at the junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and junction of wall and floors, at expansion joints and surroundings of pipes, and conduits etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers with a guarantee of ten years.The plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment.Chemical emulsion / Composition shall be got approved by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of Gravel in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of steel ROLLING SHUTTERS with ISI Monogram as per ISI specifications made out of 18 gauge x 75mm lath sections including fixing with curtain book plate guide channels, rollers and hood cover. The curtain shall be of 18Guage x 75mm lath sections cut to required size and fixing with heavy C.I. / M.S. clips. The lock plate shall be of 18Guage M.S.sheet reinforced with 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. Angles at the bottom and fixed with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either side with one handle on either side. The pressed guide channels shall be of 10G M.S. sheet attached to the side brackets with 20mm square brackets shall be of 10G.M.S. plates and C.I.'U' clamps shall be reverted to the side bracket. The roller shall be a heavy C.I. pulley fitted with heavy duty 'c' class steel 40mm pipe and two numbers of high tensile carbon coil springs. The hood cover shall be 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 mm M.S. angles or gate channel. The rolling shutters in addition to the above shutters have. Note: The measurement of shutter will be for chair opening (or) lath section provided shall be not less than 3 Nos for 2.4m high rolling shutters etc., complete complying with standard specificaiton and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position fully glazed STEEL WINDOWS/VENTILATORS with openable frames and shutters. Outer frame and shutter frame shall be made out of steel section conforming to I.S.7452 / 1990. The outer frames and shutter frames of the ventilators shall be made cut of 'Z' angle sections. (F.7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3mm, millions shall be made out of (F.4B) 'U' section of size 46 x 25 x 3 mm and conforming to IS 7452 / 1990. Shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars shall be made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25 x 22 x 3mm and M.S. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, 3mm pin headed glass is used for flazing with good quality teak wood beading of size 15 x 12mm with screws for fixing.2 Nos of sturdy inches and one number of handle cum latch of special type are fitted in each shutter, 4 nos of 50 x 50 x 6mm angle holdfast of 30 cm length to be welded to outer frames at appropriate point. All the members of the Ventilator frames / shutter frames shutter frames shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three P.sand) 10mm thick, including hacking the surfaces, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with two coats of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

Labour charges for finishing the flooring with hydraulic mechanical devices (paver finish) using power ramming and power finishing etc., Complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supplying and fixing best approved quality Asbestos fully corrugated cement sheet 6 mm. thick (Grey colour) with necessary 'J' or 'L' bolts and nuts 8 mm. diameter of suitable length and providing one set of bitumen washers of 25 mm. diameter and 1.60 mm thickness for each bolt including cutting the A.C. sheets to the required size if found necessary during execution and covering the protruding portion of bolts in roof with bitumen compound including provision of binding wall if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall surface using best quality of Exeterior Emulsion paint TWO COAT with ONE COAT OF PRIMER as per the Specification of the approved colour to give an even shade, including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,. Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers ( The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work.)

PAINTING the plastered surface using TWO COAT of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) / Acrylic Bound Distemper (ABD) as per the specification of the approved colour to give an even shade at the internal walls OVER A PRIMING COAT including scrapping the surface, cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work).

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no M.sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of red oxide and water proofing compound)

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC Pipes of approved quality (Like Finolex or equivalent) and best variety conforming to ISS and with ISI Mark of various diameter including cutting,threading and fixing of PVC / specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall with necessary teak wood plugs, pvc clamps and screws making the good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work and plastering wherever necessary including scaffolding charges etc.,Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
