In case the description/quantity for any items mentioned in this schedule is at variance from what has been stated in the technical specifications and its subsequent clarifications, the stipulations of the Technical Specification and its subsequent amendment and clarification shall prevail.
Identification : Each equipment shall be clearly marked and labeled on the outside of the packing with its description when more than one part is packed in single case, a general description of the contents shall be shown on the outside of such case and a detailed list enclosed. All cases, containers and other packages must be suitably marked and numbered for the purpose of identification.
As such the Item Schedule includes all items/equipment necessary to complete the entire scope of works indicated in the Technical Specification & drawings and Bidding Documents , Bidder shall ensure that items not covered here but required to make the equipment / system complete in all respect for its safe and reliable, efficient and troublefree working / operation without any extra cost to NVVN
The prices quoted in Schedule Nos. 1 shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Duties, Levies & charges, except Goods and Services Tax (GST), payable in the Employer’s country as of seven (7) days prior to the deadline for submission of price bids. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable on goods and services specified in Schedule Nos. 1 shall not be included in respective schedules, but shall be quoted separately in Schedule No. 4
For the purpose of stage-wise payments, price breakup shall be finalised upon mutual discussion between the successful bidder and NVVN before award of the contract.
Solar PV modules and Inverter shall be necessarily procured from Class-I supplier only.Solar PV Module shall be from the models and manufacturers included in ALMM List-I and shall be using solar cells included in ALMM List -II as per MNRE’s orders and amendments issued from time to time.

Local Transporation & Inland Transit Insurance (Bidder to Quote Local Transporation & Inland Transit Insurance as a percentage of Ex Works Supply Portion)
Bidders are advised to price their bids in such a manner that Transportation including Transit Insurance Component (Schedule 2) of the bid price should not be more than 4% of the Ex-works Price of Main Equipment (Schedule-1).
The prices quoted in Schedule Nos. 2 shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Duties, Levies & charges, except Goods and Services Tax (GST), payable in the Employer’s country as of seven (7) days prior to the deadline for submission of price bids. 1 . Bidders are advised to price their bids in such a manner that Installation Price Component of the bid price including Civil / Structural works price should not be less than 20 % of the Ex-works Price of Main Equipment. 2. Bidders are advised to price their bids in such a manner that the component for ‘Amount linked to Safety Aspects/ compliance to Safety Rules’ should not be less than 5% of the cumulative total of Service Portion of the Contract, i.e. Civil + Installation/ Erection + Structural Works.
The prices quoted in Schedule Nos. 3 shall be inclusive of all Taxes, Duties, Levies & charges, except Goods and Services Tax (GST), payable in the Employer’s country as of seven (7) days prior to the deadline for submission of price bids. Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable on goods and services specified in Schedule Nos. 3 shall not be included in respective schedules, but shall be quoted separately in Schedule No. 4.
Bidder to submit break up for Installation & Civil Component during BBU approval. Installation shall include all the items mentioned in Schedule - 1. Civil works shall include: Topographical survey & Geotechnical investigation, Site Cleaning, Grading and Access roads, Foundations of Module mounting structures, Control cum Inverter Room, Drainage System as per site requirement, Transformer yard civil works and Other Misc Civil Works.
