Construction of a bitumen road on both sides stretching from Jamuna Pede Wale shop on Kalyanpur Panki Road Kalyanpur Assembly constituency via Bamba Road Basu Medical Store and Old Shivli Road to Barasirohi Kesa

Constraction of embackment with approvel material optend from borrow pits with all lifts up to 1.50 mtr. Transpoting to site, spreading, grading to required slopes and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 & 300.2 with lead upto 1000 mtr.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density as per MORD specification 401

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadem specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical Mixer (Pug Mill) carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricating and maintenance of diversion,etc,as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to .30 kg per sqm on the prepared granual surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and Laying bituminous Macadem with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading premixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and Laying bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of Mix and filler transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeld vibratory and tendem rollers to acheive the desired construction as per MORT&H specification clause No.507 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35, The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202
