M/o works pertaining to completed/closed scheme under Dwarka Zone.

Supply of drinking (potable) water through disinfetated stainless steel tankers of capacity 10,000 litres from DJB source to community halls including arranagenent of pipe for filling of the water tanker upto 10m height. The rates are inclusive of cost of disinfection of tanker at regular interval, fuel, lubricants, driver, helper, water charges etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. Note : If water tanker is not provided as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge a penalty of Rs. 4000/- per day will be imposed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface Smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Old work (one or more coats)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade a) Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade :Old work (two or more coats)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.25 mm average thickness
