Making CC approach road to weigh bridge No. 1 and 2 at Kakri mines and misc. works for surrounding area of weigh bridges at Kakri mines area

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Loosening of the ground upto a level of 500mm below the sub-grade level, watered,graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for sub-grade construction.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15: 1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum,optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7days,mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor,compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curingas per clause 601of specification complete in all respect.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavementM-30 grade concrete over a prepared sub base with cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm,mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip formpaver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separationmembrane, sealantprimer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC152011 and as per relevant clausesof section 602 of specifications completebut excluding cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rods etc.

Add extra in item No. 1.06 above for the cost of steel in dowel bar and Mild steel

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with FALG bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)
