Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc or for shaft ,walls ,cesspits ,manholes ,pier holes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete design mix solid block masonary exceeding 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 of Gde C-5 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on fair faces of block masonary or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface as in hard dense soil complete as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricate and fixing in position angle iron posts for fencing posts and struts, split at bottom, cut to shape, including providing flat iron for securing wire mess with necessary welding , drilling bolting or riveting, steel conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, not less than 3 mm nominal dia of wire average area of apperture 25 sq cm and weight of the fencing not less than 2.00 kg /sqm as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, for securing mess with post /struts in fencing to posts etc, complete all as specified and as directed. (Confirming to Fe 410w Gde E-250) quality 'A' or Fe 290 (Gde E-125).

S&F Mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made 12 mm dia shank) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm and n. exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F portions framed & hung as gates, ornamental and intricate design, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or reveted, or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raillings framework of water tank & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 as in finish surface even and smooth using extra cement (75 mm thick) including forming joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or precast block /stone walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removing debries outside the MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh / barbed wire any type complete as specified and as directed .

Dismantling posts or struts (steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
