S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. M&L sand stone slabs 5cm thick in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone/concrete surface including wall tiling or terrazo finish and hacking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on surface of stone masonry or surface other than fair face of brickwork in CM 1:6 all and it is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding .11Sqm but n.exc .18Sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
