Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete
Fixing of availabe tubular/structural steel sections / trusses in built up section , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using available structural steel members including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc., complete. Rate quoted shall include the cost of all above operations excluding the cost of structural steel / tubular sections which will be supplied by AAI.
Providing and fixing standing Seam Multi cell / Multi wall UV protected Polycarbonate panel system of thickness not less than 16mm, and width not less than 900 mm suitable to the existing MS structure/MS runner to with stand wind loas as per IS 875 oart-3, 2015 for Chennai with all required accessories like U-connector, aluminium profile with EPDM gaskets, anti-dust tapes, glazing bar etc., for fixing to exisitng steel structure, witthout damaging existing structural components & supporting arrangemnets, scaffolding, for all leads and all lifts for transportation of all required men, materials, machineries, tools, plants etc. from ground to roof and making the area neat, clean & good, etc., as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall be inclusive of tranportation and cost of material, labour and machienery to access the height like boom lift/scissor lift/Scaffolding, tools & accessoriess etc., Third party test certificates to be submitted before supplying the mateial to the Engineer-in-charge. Subsequent to supply of material all necessary tests should be conducted as per frequency / as per direction of Enginner-in-Charge. The installation of Polycarnonate sheet shall be carried out only by the Authorized agency approved by the Manufacturer and as approved by Engineer-In-Charge.
Fixing of roofing and & cladding with available tensile fabric membrane as per approved design.The mild steel structureshas to be surveyed and the fabric patterns has to be generated and welded with high frequency welding machine with welding size as per approved drawings, The corner pocket must be filled with PVC kedars /GI Ropes ,GI corner plates ,turnbuckles etc as applicable and fixed on to the steel structures by using corossion resistent fastners and head covered with weather cap. All joints shall be sealed using weather grade sealents.The roofing shall be cleaned and system shall be handed over satisfaction of engineer in-charge. (The Tensile fabric membrane should be installed as per approved shop drawings to be submited by contractor ,complete complying with standard test specification in line with design requirement & manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge). (Rate quoted shall include the cost of all above operations fittings and fixtures but excluding the cost of tensile fabric which will be supplied by AAI).
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work
P/f GI down take rain water pipes of approved make complete with G.I. fittings / Clamps including welding etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm nominal dia.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. - Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.
Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
