Periodical Maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical installations in Old Terminal Building, Operational Area & Residential Colony involving operation, repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints/faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions by providing following manpower as per requirement. (a) Supervisor -Highly Skilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off). (b) Electrician - Skilled - 12 Nos. (i.e. 04 No. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off) (c) Electrician - Skilled - 01 Nos. (in general shift on 06 Days in every Week). (d) Pump Operator - Semi Skilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 Nos. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off). (e) Helper - Unskilled - 09 Nos. (i.e. 03 Nos. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off). (f) Helper - Unskilled- 02 Nos. (in general shift on 06 Days in every Week)

Periodical Maintenance and operation of electrical and mechanical installations in Power House of New ATC Tower & Technical Block involving operation, repairs and maintenance, attending to faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturdays,Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions by providing following manpower as per requirement. (a) Supervisor -Highly Skilled - 01 Nos. (in general shift on 06 Days in every Week). (b) Electrician - Skilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off) (c) Helper - Unskilled - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 Nos. round the clock on all days in every week & Reliever Shall be Provided on Weekly Off).

Provision of additional manpower required for emergency / major maintenance works / maintenance works at MSSR, NAV AIDS, GLF, perimeter lights,residential colony, beyond the scope of item No. 1&2, On daily basis as and when required as actual site requirement.(Skilled workmen)

Providing One no. Four Wheeler Multi Utility Vehicle in good maintained condition (with valid fitness certificate) such as TATA ACE/TATA-207/MAHINDRA PICK UP/MAHINDRA MAX/JEEP Or Equivalent on 24 hrs basis i/c holdiays, saturday & sunday with fuel & all consumables and sevicing, for repair and maintenance works against the contract as per terms and conditions complete etc as required. The vehicle shall be driven by maintenance staff deployed against this contract.

Transportation of diesel from nearest petrol pump to old power house or MSSR in 200 Ltr. Barrels/ tanker i/c loading & unloading of the diesel drum (qty 600- 800 Ltr.) per trip etc. as required.

Fault locating in Underground cable using fault locating machine in HT/LT cable (11 KV/1.1KV) of all size complete as per site requirement.

Rewinding of Ceiling fan/wall mounting fan/desert Cooler fan or Exhaust fan/aircirculator (Sweep upto 300mm ) of all makes & sizes as per original size and specifications with suitable new copper winding wires (old dismantle cu-wire will be property of tenderer) complete as required.

Rewinding of exhaust fans/Aircirculator above 300 mm sweep of all makes as per original size and specifications with suitable copper winding wires (Dismantle cu-wire need not to be returned) complete as required.

Replacement of ball bearing/bushes of exhaust fans/ceiling fans/ wall mounting fans/ aircirculators/ cooler kit fans etc as required.

Replacement of wool pads along with fixing jali for all the windows of the different sizes of desert coolers etc. as required.

Testing of Dielectric strength (BDV) of Transformer oil on yearly basis or as and when required for oil sample from Transformers/Servo stablizer/MOCB etc as required and submission of report from government approved laboratory, including collection of sample from site, transportation to lab complete as required. (1 Job includes testing of 01 oil sample from transformer/servo stabilizer/MOCB)

Dehydration & Filtration of Transformer oil with High Vaccum Filtration Machine to achieve BDV up to the level of relavent IS Dielectric strength as required including submission of oil test reports from government approved laboratory after dehydration of oil as and when required.

Supply and Toping up the transformer oil in Transformers/Servo stablizer/MOCB upto the recommended level with fresh/treated transformer oil as and when required

Supply and replacement of oil seal of transformer for rectification of leakage in transformer bushings including opening of packing and re fixing of the same complete as required as and when required.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set from the depth upto 140 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable etc and re-installation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI Pipe and Flenge etc as required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required.

Rewinding of 10/15 HP submersible / monoblock motor with copper conductor of suitable size i/c dismentling and transportation to work shop and back and re- installation i/c repair, servicing, testing, & commissioning. (dismantled material / wire shall be property of tenderer)

Repairing and servicing of 10/15 HP submersible pump & motor (excluding rewinding of motor) of different stages and different makes I/c replacement of bearing bush, neck rings, bowl bush, running sleeve, key full, sand guard complete etc as required.

Servicing & testing of Air circuit breakers of C&S make by complete dismantling,cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers,repairing,replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling the same after preventive maintenance ,testing and commissioning complete on half-yearly basis or as and when required as per specification through OEM or his Authroised Dealer including Submission of Report complete as required. (Total ACBs C&S =05 Nos.)(01 Job = One time Servicing of 01 No. ACB) For 1250 A ACBs of make- C&S For 1st Year

Servicing & testing of Air circuit breakers of C&S make by complete dismantling,cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers,repairing,replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling the same after preventive maintenance ,testing and commissioning complete on half-yearly basis or as and when required as per specification through OEM or his Authroised Dealer including Submission of Report complete as required. (Total ACBs C&S =05 Nos.)(01 Job = One time Servicing of 01 No. ACB) For 1250 A ACBs of make- C&S For 2nd Year

Breakdown visit of OEM or its Authorised Dealer for attending fault in Air Circuit Breakers of Make- C&S/L&T as and when required including fault diagnosing and corrective action excluding the cost of any spare parts required for rectification of fault.

Annual Servicing of OCB breaker of make- GEC Alsthom, 400A, 11KV, BUS Bar Current 400 Amp installed at Old Power House including dismantling, cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers,repairing, including calibration of 11 KV HT panel, relay testing (secondary injection), replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling and charging the breaker after preventive maintenance on yearly basis or as and when required including submission of service report through OEM or his authorized dealer complete as and when required. (Total OCBs = 03 Nos.) (01 Job = One Time servicing/calibration etc. of 01 No. OCB breaker) For 1st year

Annual Servicing of OCB breaker of make- GEC Alsthom, 400A, 11KV, BUS Bar Current 400 Amp installed at Old Power House including dismantling, cleaning of breaker & contacts, oiling of all joint rollers,repairing, including calibration of 11 KV HT panel, relay testing (secondary injection), replacement of damaged parts, if any, re-assembling and charging the breaker after preventive maintenance on yearly basis or as and when required including submission of service report through OEM or his authorized dealer complete as and when required. (Total OCBs = 03 Nos.) (01 Job = One Time servicing/calibration etc. of 01 No. OCB breaker) For 2nd Year

Painting of electrical Runway/Taxi/Approach light fittings including base plate with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved make in yellow colour to give an even shade including numbering of fittings in black colour etc complete as required. In Operational Area

Painting of tubular/rail pole height 6 mtr to 9 mtr including bracket, junction boxes etc. different types with two coats of synthetic Aluminum paint of approved make to give an even shade after preparing the surface by cleaning & scraping etc complete as required including numbering of pole in black colour with black japan paint as required as per direction of EIC. In Operational Area

Painting of tubular/rail pole height 6 mtr to 9 mtr including bracket, junction boxes etc. different types with two coats of synthetic Aluminum paint of approved make to give an even shade after preparing the surface by cleaning & scraping etc complete as required including numbering of pole in black colour with black japan paint as required as per direction of EIC. Spray Painting of different type of feeder pillars, panels, distribution board etc. with two coats of powder coated synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface by cleaning & scrapping, applying one coat of red oxide metal primer etc complete as required as per direction of EIC. Supplying of following size of PVC casing & cappingof size 25 mm X16 mm and of ISI marked as required. (Each piece = 02 Mtrs. Length)

Supply of MCB TPN 'C' Series 63 A, 10 KA as per AAI approved make 'C' Series with short circuit fault indicator and suitable for operation on 240 V, 50Hz, 10kA, Single Phase, AC supply.

Supply of SMC Junction box suitable arrangement for loop in & loop out connection and suitable for termination of 2 Nos. cables up to size 4C X 35 Sq. Mm. Al- XLPE Armoured cable for installation on Electric Light poles with suitable arrangement for . (Make- Sintex GSJB-3020 or equivalent)

WORKS BASED ON DSR(E&M)-2018 ITEMS. Rate for Each one rupee Value of work executed from the CPWD DSR (E&M) 2018 Electrical rates. {For example if the quoted rate for this item is Rs. 0.90 then the executed DSR-2018 (Electrical) schedule works of value Rs. 300000.00 at DSR-2018(Electrical) rates, the quoted amount will be Rs.270000.00. And if qoted rate for this item is Rs. 1.25 then quoted amount for the same will be Rs. 375000.00}
