Units with DX Coil, EC Motors & suitable for working with CFC free refrigerant (R407C / R410A) humidity control (with heaters & humidifier) The units shall consists of: (i) Condensing unit with reputed make hermetically sealed Scroll compressor, air cooled condenser having copper tubing with extended aluminum fins & condenser fan with adequate air flow capacity suitable for operation at ambient temp. of 45oC. (ii) Precision Indoor unit - False floor / Floor Mounted consisting of DX Cooling Coil comprising of 4 row DX-cooling coil, Blower with EC motor (IE4), filters, drain pan & casing. The evaporator shall be complete with expansion valve (Electronic/ Thermostatic type) & distributor arrangement. The unit shall be epoxy powder coated from outside with full acoustic insulation from inside. Each Machine shall have a motorised damper on RA side & interconnected with unit start-stop. (iii) Necessary charge of oil and refrigerant gas as required up to handing over the system. Cowl piece to ODU for proper ventilation in case required to be provided by PAC vendor & to be included. Power along with earthing would be provided near the Indoor Units/Outdoor Units unless specified otherwise. MCCBs / Isolators will be provided by Electrical contractor near each PAC. The cabling from isolator to PAC will be done by PAC contractor. The glanding and termination of cable in the PAC also to be done by PAC contractor & under supervision of Elec. Contractor. (iv) The units shall be programable with microprocessor with fault diagnos and real time clock with year-round programming capability. The unit shall be with open protocol and compatible to any type of Central iBMS. Necessary software and codes to be included in the costs for BACnet over IP connectivity. The control panel shall have min. 2 nos. Potential Free Contacts (for BMS and Fire Signal) (v) Units shall be with Self Generating Humidifier & Reheat Electrical heater bank & shall be provided with Automatic Temperature Control. (vi) Filters shall be 95% efficiency down to 5 Microns washable type. Filters to be covered with muslin cloth until final commissioning of Server Room. A spare set of filters shall be provided alongwith and to be handed over to Client. (vii) The units shall be suitable for operation on 415V +/-10%, 3 ph., 50 Hz, 4 wire A.C. supply. vii) The units shall be suitable for operation on 415V +/-10%, 3 ph., 50 Hz, 4 wire A.C. supply. Precision Package A.C. Units with a higher EER (at ARI conditions) with all Necessary Starter Panel, Controls, Microprocessor etc. Duct Cowl piece to ODUs for proper ventilation in case required to be provided by PAC vendor & to be included. The Units shall be Floor mounted and of Bottom Discharge (thru' false floor) suitable for direct Return 8.0 TR /4550 CFM - FOR SERVER ROOM
