Demolition of cement concrete (Uneinforced) of any description and in any position on roof slab / sunken slab as in padding and removing debris out side defence land complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris out side defence land complete all as directed.

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of battens for tiles , shingles etc of any size including tilting fillets, spacing exc 15cm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC / CGI sheet corrugated or semi corrugated in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggegates as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing chemicals @ 200ml per bag of cement all as specified and directed Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separatly.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry exceeding 10cm in width with solid blocks of PCC (1:5:8) grade D-5 and setting in CM 1:6 including dismantling of brick or stone / boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Asian Paint smart care damp proof fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane. Work shall be carried out as specified below:- (i) Taking down existing roof treatment and cleaning the surface by wire brush and finally cleaning by water pressure Jet. (ii) The cracks on RCC surface shall be filled upto 3mm depth by using Asian paint crack seal or equivalent. Bigger cracks, damaged portion and hollow areas shall be repaired with polymer modified cement mortar. (iii) Applying priming coat of smart care damp proof by brush with 33% dilution of water and leave the surface for 4-6 hours till complete dry. (iv) Applying 1st coat of water proofing smart care damp proof by brush/ roller @ 1.84 Sqm/Lit and leave the surface for 4-6 hours till complete dry to receive subsequent coat. (v) Applying the 2nd coat of water proofing smart care damp proof by the same method as 1st coat, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturer instruction. Note : Asian Paint or equivalent make in FOSROC/STP

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with a thin layer of sagol finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces finished even & smooth with sponge finish complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, bent to shape as required, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M & L second class hard wood battens for tiles , shingles etc clean sawn at 30cm centres, sectional area not exceeding 15 Sqcm including tiling fillets fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only battern of any sectional area all as directed. Note :- Old battern obtained from dismantling shall be reused..

M & L for MS structural steel work as in framed trusses, purlins, rafter, post , crane grantries, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing etc including distance pieces , cleats, wind ties etc (Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or Flat section) incliding shaped washers including necessary cutting required length, notching drilling, riveting and or welding or connecting with nut bolts with angle cleats, fish plate, gusset plate and also erecting in true position conforming to grade Fe-410W (Grade E-250, quality A) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 Litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including all necessary GI fittings such as nipple, union / sockets etc and connecting up pipes etc including dismantling existing water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1000 Litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethelene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position including all necessary GI fittings such as nipple, union / sockets etc and connecting up pipes etc including dismantling existing water tanks complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing OH tanks exc 1000 Litre but not exc 2000 capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after completion of roof repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with including stack clamp of suitable size or laid in floors / in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

S & F 75mm bore dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with including stack clamp of suitable size or laid in floors / in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in true horizonal level 600 x 600mm false ceiling with incliding 8mm thick one side laminated Non asbestos fibre cement building E-board for false ceiling fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish including GI powder coated snap grid of size 600 x 600mm, using hot dipped galvanised steel section, exposed surface with precoated capping main Tee of size 32 x 24mm x 0.5mm thick at every 1200mm centre to centre maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 25 x 24mm x 0.5mm thick at 1200mm centre to centre and wall angle of size 20 x 20mm x 0.5mm thick fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200 mm centre to centre in both directions using 2.0mm thick prestraightened GI wire on main runners including making niches for fans / light including dismantling of existing boarding, any description fixed in any position with in false ceiling and similar position fixed with screws , nails etc complete all as specified and as directed.
